    SUPERNATURAL GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT (3): DISCERNING OF SPIRITS

    … to another discerning of spirits? …
    I Corinthians 12:10 (KJV)

    These first three gifts of the Spirit we are discussing, the gift of the Word of Wisdom, the gift of the Word of Knowledge and the Discerning of spirits are called the Revelation Gifts because they are gifts that show something. The Discerning of spirits gives supernatural insight into the spirit world. To ‘discern’ means to perceive by seeing or hearing. Therefore, discerning of spirits is the same as seeing or hearing in the realm of spirits. The discerning of spirits actually has a more limited range of operation than the other two revelation gifts, the word of wisdom and the word of knowledge. That is because its revelation is limited to a single class of objects — spirits. The revelation that the word of wisdom and the word of knowledge brings is broader and applies to people, places, and things. The discerning of spirits gives us supernatural insight only into the realm of spirits. Remember, the discerning of spirits is seeing or hearing into the spirit world. It also reveals the kind of spirit that is in operation behind a supernatural manifestation.

    The gift of discerning of spirits is not discernment. There is nothing in the Bible as the gift of discernment. It is the discerning of spirits. Many times what people call the gift of discernment is really the gift of the word of knowledge in operation. In other words, people know things by the Spirit of Yahweh and call it discernment. But that doesn’t mean it is really discernment. It is actually the word of knowledge in operation. Also, the discerning of spirits is not a kind of spiritual mind reading. And the discerning of spirits is not psychological insight, nor is it mental “penetration”. It is not the power to discern the faults of others or discerning of people. It is called the discerning of spirits and it deals with spirits that exist in the spirit realm, whether they are divine, satanic, or human.

    Discerning of Spirits Is Not Simply Discerning of Devils. Let me point out that this gift of discerning of spirits is not just the discerning of devils, nor is it the discerning of just evil spirits. To say that the discerning of spirits has to do only with devils is misleading. This gift has to do with the entire class of spirits, including good spirits, bad spirits, and human spirits. It is supernatural insight into the realm of spirits. The discerning of evil spirits is included, of course, but too many times folks have thought that seeing demons and devils is all this gift encompasses and they have been misled. As you stay in the spirit, maintaining the highest spiritual connection, the Holy Spirit will begin to manifest these gifts through you. You are to desire them but not to struggle to manifest them. Their manifestation is as the Spirit wills. Selah!

    REMEMBER: The gift of the discerning of spirits gives supernatural insight into the spirit world.

    PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for your word to me today. I desire to function in the gifts of the Spirit according to Your Will. I ask that You help me to always maintain connection with Your Spirit, so I can be in the position to receive anytime according to His will in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: Everything occluding your sight into the realm of spirits is cut off now. Your testimony is released today in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    SUPERNATURAL GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT (2): THE WORD OF KNOWLEDGE

    … to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit?
    I Corinthians 12:8 (KJV)

    We are encouraged to desire earnestly the best gifts (see I Corinthians 12:31). However, it is also important that we understand that these gifts are in manifestation according to the will of the Holy Spirit. So, you cannot force the manifestation of any of them. The one that you may want to manifest may not be the will of the Spirit for you. He sees the heart and knows the motive why you are asking for a particular gift and if that motive does not glorify the Lord Yahushua, He may never allow that gift to flow through you. Just remain in the Spirit, wholly committed to Him and as He deems fit, the manifestations of the gifts will come. Today, let us look at the gift of the Word of Knowledge. Just as we said yesterday, it is the gift of the Word of Knowledge and not the gift of Knowledge. There is a difference. In fact, there is no such thing as the spiritual gift of knowledge. There is however, a spiritual gift called the Word of Knowledge. The word of knowledge is the supernatural revelation by the Holy Ghost of certain facts in the mind of Yahweh. Yahweh is all-knowing. He knows everything. But He doesn’t reveal everything He knows to man. He just gives him a word or a part of what He knows. A word is a fragmentary part of a sentence, so a word of knowledge would simply be a fragmentary part of the entire knowledge or counsel of Yahweh. Yahweh is all-knowing. He has all knowledge. But He doesn’t impart all of His knowledge to us; He imparts a word of knowledge to us — just what He wants us to know at a given time.

    The gift of the Word of Knowledge is a supernatural manifestation as are all of these gifts of the Spirit. The gift of the Word of Knowledge is not natural knowledge but is supernatural knowledge. It is supernatural revelation of certain facts in the mind of Yahweh. It is the Father bringing to your knowledge the things that has happened or that is happening in order to help you take certain actions. The Word of Knowledge is not a profound knowledge of the Bible. It is certainly true that Yahweh will help us understand His Word, but that is not a supernatural gift. A profound knowledge of the Bible comes by studying, but the Word of knowledge comes by a supernatural revelation. The Word of Knowledge is not knowledge of Yahweh gained through close communion with Him. One does gain a real knowledge of Yahweh walking with Him, but that is different from a supernatural impartation of the knowledge of certain facts in the mind of Yahweh.

    Your duty in these spiritual gifts is to remain spiritual and in the Bible. If you are close enough and your motives are pure, the Holy Spirit can deem it fit to manifest the Word of Knowledge through you to the glory of the Lord Yahushua. Desire them but leave the manifestation to the Holy Spirit. Selah!

    REMEMBER: The Word of Knowledge is the Lord giving you the knowledge of past event or current happening to help you take certain actions.

    PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your word to me today. I desire to function in the gifts of the Spirit according to Your Will.     SUPERNATURAL GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT (1): THE WORD OF WISDOM

    For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom?
    I Corinthians 12:8a (KJV)

    The gifts of the Holy Spirit are given as He wills. It is not within the will of the believer to manifest any gift because the manifestation is according to the will of Yahweh by His Spirit. Today, let us look at the gift of the Word of Wisdom. The first thing to know is that it is not the gift of Wisdom. It is the gift of the Word of Wisdom, there is a difference. The gifts of the Spirit are given supernaturally. It is never a function of natural wisdom. Another important fact is that the Lord is the all wise God and the only wise God (see I Timothy 1:17) but He only reveals a part of it to man – that which He wants him to know at a given time. So, this is Yahweh sharing a word of wisdom with you at a given time according to His will. The Word of Wisdom Is Not Wisdom in the Affairs of Life. The word of wisdom is confused many times with simple wisdom in the affairs of life, but simple wisdom in the affairs of life is not a spiritual gift. In the beginning of Joshua’s ministry, Yahweh told him that the key to his success would lie in meditating on the Word of Yahweh, and that is how Joshua was to obtain wisdom in the affairs of life (see Joshua 1:8). There is a wisdom that is gained through the knowledge of Yahweh’s Word but that is not the supernatural manifestation of the gift of the Word of Wisdom.

    The word of wisdom is a supernatural revelation by the Spirit of Yahweh concerning the divine purpose and plan in the mind and will of Yahweh. The word of wisdom is the best gift because it is a revelation concerning the plans and the purposes in the mind of Yahweh. The Word of Wisdom always speak about the future. This is the difference between the Word of Wisdom and the Word of Knowledge. A word of wisdom may be manifested through the vehicle of prophecy in any Spirit-filled believer’s life in his own private prayer life, as the Spirit wills, as the believer prays out the plan of Yahweh for his own life (see John 16:13,14). Therefore, the word of wisdom can come through the vocal gift of an utterance — through prophecy or through tongues and interpretation. The word of wisdom can also come through a vision or by a dream. For instance, in the Old Testament, Joseph received a word of wisdom through a dream which revealed to him Yahweh’s plans and purposes for Joseph’s future. Moses received the revelation of the Law by an audible Voice as Yahweh gave him the Law. The Law concerned Yahweh’s purpose for Israel; therefore, this was the word of wisdom in demonstration.

    As you are in the Spirit, being spiritually minded, the Holy Spirit can deem it necessary to bring you the Word of Wisdom concerning your life, people, city or the world. It is as He wills. Your own part is to ensure that you are in the Spirit, saturated by the Word. Selah!

    REMEMBER: The Word of Wisdom is the supernatural revelation of divine purpose and plan.

    PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Word to me today. I desire to function in the gifts of the Spirit according to Your Will. I ask that You help me to maintain connection always with Your Spirit, so I can be in the position to receive according to His will at anytime in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: Whatever in your life that is working against your spirituality is cursed today. I decree your spiritual perception comes alive from now in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    HOW TO OPERATE IN THE SUPERNATURAL LIFE (6): THE ROD OF THE WORD

    And thou shalt take this rod in thine hand, wherewith thou shalt do signs.
    Exodus 4:17 (KJV)

    The rod is the Word. Proverbs 22:15 says, ‘Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.’ II Timothy 3:16 says, ‘All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:’ This rod is the inspired Word which brings correction, reproof, doctrine and instruction in righteousness. As you are instructed in the Word, it begins to lead you into triumphant procession in HaMashiach (see II Corinthians 2:14). So, the Word brings you instructions first, then correction to help you align. When you are aligned, it becomes the sickle of harvest of miracles, signs and wonders. If you desire to walk in the supernatural, you must be a person of the Word. You are barren of signs without the Word. Like every weapon, you need training on how to use it. Being in the Word, trains you to use the Word to work signs. There is a gift of the Holy Spirit called “the working of miracles” (see I Corinthians 12:10). Miracles are worked with the Word. It is scriptural calculus that results in signs and wonders. In mathematics, there is a branch that is concerned with limits and differentiation and integration of functions, it is called calculus. It requires some expertise of the elementary mathematics, then some mastery of the secondary mathematics where you deal with algebra and so, before you come into the dimension of calculus.

    Beloved, that is exactly how the supernatural works. You require training in the Word to grow from one level of the supernatural to another. There is a level where you can only deal with headaches, there is another level where you can handle terminal cases like cancer and others. There is also another level where you can see creative miracles like amputated hands and feet growing out before your eyes. The difference in these dimensions in the supernatural is the rod of the Word and knowing how to use it effectively. It is proficiency in the use of the rod of the Word that determines your the level of operation in the supernatural. Whatever takes you away from the Word is killing your position in the supernatural. “You shall take this rod in your hand” is the instruction of our Father. If you desire to do signs and have it the way you want it, then, you must take this rod in your hand. It must be handy to you. That is you must come to that point where you don’t need to open your Bible to release the Word. It is handy always.

    Program your life on the Word. Let the Word dwell richly in you, not sparingly (see Colossians 3:16). It takes rich intake to have the Word dwell in you richly. But the assurance is that the Word does not fail, cannot fall to the ground (see Matthew 5:18). Go ahead and engage it today. Shalom!

    REMEMBER: The Bible revealed to you is your rod to do signs both in your life and in the harvest field.

    CONFESSION: I can never be sick. I can never be broke. I am in charge in my territory. I am reigning and ruling by the rod of the Word. Praise the Lord!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: Your ordeal with that torment in your body is over today. I declare the rod released into your hands today in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    HOW TO OPERATE IN THE SUPERNATURAL LIFE (4): SUPERNATURAL MENTALITY

    For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:
    Proverbs 23:7a (KJV)

    Your mentality determines your reality in this Kingdom. You can never rise above your mentality. You cannot even do what does not come into your mind. Until you think it, you cannot do it. You are actually your thoughts over time. Your life today is a product of your thoughts in the past. So, for you to change the outcome of today and begin to shape tomorrow, you must develop a new mindset. There is a mindset that the Word imparts to you as you interact with it on daily basis. It is the mentality of the supernatural which makes you know that all things are possible. It is the “I can do all things” mentality. It is the mentality that you are a victor and not a victim. It is the mentality that you can do all things in HaMashiach. This is important because “without your mind would I do nothing” (Philemon 1:14a). You need to stay in the Word and develop the mind of HaMashiach. It is the renewing of your mind in the Word that determines the transformations that you can experience in your life (see Romans 12:2). There are so much for you in HaMashiach, but it is only what you can contain in your mind that can be delivered to you. If your mind cannot comprehend it, your hand cannot handle it. If your mind cannot conceive it, your life cannot take delivery of it. It all starts in the mind.

    Ephesians 3:20 says, ‘Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,’ There is something exceeding abundantly available for you in HaMashiach, but it is only according to what you can think. How can you ask what you cannot think? If it is too much for your mind, it would be too much for your hand. If it is too much for your mind, it would be too much for your mouth and if your mouth cannot declare it boldly, it can never be delivered into your life. The power of the Holy Spirit is working exceeding abundantly in you but its manifestation in your life and world is only according to what you can think. Your world is a function of your thoughts. Your life cannot climb above the limits of your thoughts. This is an eternal principle of this Kingdom and you must harness it to live a supernatural life in this world.

    You must start expunging every thought that is against the Word that has build a strong hold in your life from your mind from this day. II Corinthians 10:5 commands you to “Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ?” If you don’t take these thoughts to captivity, they would take your life to captivity. It is a principle of garbage in garbage out. To cast down these thoughts, you must replace them with the Word intentionally. You must pray in tongues until the Word you have in your spirit-man becomes inundated in your spirit.

    REMEMBER: Supernatural mentality is renewing your mind in the Word until the Word becomes your mindset.

    CONFESSION: The Word is my meditation all the day. As I read and study the Word, it forms in my mind and sets standards by which I operate in the supernatural. I am a commander in the supernatural by the Word. Glory be Yahweh!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: I decree that whatever distracting you from the Word expires by fire today. Your life shall begin to make news from this day in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    THE FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT

    Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
    Acts 2:38     (KJV)

    The Holy Spirit is the one that convicts the sinner of his sin (see John 16:8). At the point of hearing the Word of Yahweh, the Holy Spirit starting working on your heart to convict you bringing about believe in the Word. As you believe in the Word, the Holy Spirit comes into your spirit and recreates you. You become a new creation by the power of the Holy Spirit by the Gospel of Yahushua HaMashiach. So, Salvation is your first encounter with the Holy Spirit. At Salvation you encounter with the Spirit within. The Holy Spirit comes into your spirit-man and makes His home. At new birth, you become a new creation in HaMashiach, an heir of Yahweh and joint-heir with the Lord Yahushua. II Corinthians 1:21-22 says, ‘ 21 Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God? 22 Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.’ At new birth, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit and He became the guarantee or down payment or pledge for the completion of the transaction of eternal life. So, if you are born again, you already have the Holy Spirit within you. He has come and taken up residence in your spirit-man. With the Holy Spirit in you, the Father is saying that “I have marked you for eternal life and I have proved it by giving you of my Spirit”

    This also means that you have the complete fruits of the Spirit in you. Galatians 5:22-23 says, ‘ 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.’ John 15:5 says, ‘I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.” The fruits grow in the branches. So, we understand that the fruits of the Spirit grows in the branch which is you. The Lord Yahushua is the vine and you are the branch. The fruits of the Spirit is not the fruits that the Holy Spirit exhibits. It is the fruits that your human spirit exhibits as a result of it abiding in the vine. It is the manifestations of these fruits of the Spirit in your recreated human spirit that makes you a real believer and someone that is becoming like HaMashiach.

    It is this stage of the encounter with the Holy Spirit that you need to make it to heaven. This is the salvation stage and when the Holy Spirit convicts your heart and you believe in the Lord Yahushua, you are saved and heaven-bound. The Spirit within is what develops your character. Your character is who you are when no one is watching you. Your character is what shows if you are developing spiritually or not. Your character is what shows if you have the fear of the Lord or not. Yielding to the Holy Spirit within develops the fruit. Selah!

    REMEMBER: New birth is your first encounter with the person of the Holy Spirit.

    CONFESSION: I am being built up by the Holy Spirit through the Word. He is shaping my character by helping me develop the fruit of the recreated human spirit. I am a wonder truly.

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: I see a revolution in your life by this first encounter with the Holy Spirit in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT (8): TEACHER

    But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
    John 14:26     (KJV)

    The Holy Spirit teaches all things. This is awesome. In life, there is nothing that you cannot know by the teaching of the Holy Spirit. Nothing should be difficult for you. At work, you should be a person of excellence and solution manufacturer by the teaching ministry of the Holy Spirit. Just employing His teaching ministry can make you a wonder among person. He teaches all things. From Mathematics to Physics, to biochemistry, to medicine, to law, to mechanics, to whatever you would require knowledge of. The Holy Spirit brings you knowledge in a most understandable manner. There is nothing that makes you emerge a wonder like learning from the Holy Spirit. Let us see the example of Daniel and his friends. Daniel 1:17 says, ‘As for these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.’ In Isaiah 11:2, we saw that wisdom, knowledge and understanding are all the product of the Holy Spirit, ‘And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord;’ So, these guys were taught by the Holy Spirit. What was the result? Daniel 1:20 says, ‘And in all matters of wisdom and understanding, that the king enquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers that were in all his realm.’

    Daniel and friends emerged as wonders in their day by the teaching ministry of the Holy Spirit. Magicians and astrologers could not match up with his manifestation. Daniel reigned in the lifetime of four kings. We see another man whose name is Joseph. The teaching of the Holy Spirit brings about solutions that are out of this world. In Genesis 41:38 Pharaoh asked ‘And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is?’ So Pharaoh recognized that the order of Joseph can only be by the Spirit of Yahweh. Outstanding solutions are always the product of the teaching of the Holy Spirit. You can take your world by storm as you begin to reel out solutions in dimensions that people wonder. This is your portion in the Holy Spirit. You are not created to be a mediocre. The greater one is living in you. Get to know Him.

    The wonder of the teachings of the Holy Spirit cannot work in your life, if you are so distant from Him. It takes intimacy with Him to be taught by Him. The exploit of king David is a function of intimacy with the Holy Spirit. That is why he cried when he erred, “Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.” Beloved, this is your time to experience sweat-less triumphs and living. There is a better way to do what you are doing now. There is a path of excellence that the Holy Spirit can expose you to today that will bring you to limelight. Get close today and see what becomes of your life. Shalom!

    REMEMBER: The best teacher you can encounter in life and destiny is the Blessed Holy Spirit.

    PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Word to me today. Father, I want to please you in all my ways, help me to remain in the Word, so I can learn to please you always in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT (7): STANDBY

    But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you.John 14:26 (AMPC)

    A Standby is one to be relied upon especially in emergencies; a favourite or reliable choice or resource. A Standby is one that is held in reserve ready for use; a reliable substitute, ready or available for immediate action or use. The Holy Spirit is my Standby meaning He is the one I relied on in emergencies. He is my 911 on earth. The Holy Spirit my Standby means that He is a ready reserve, reliable and available for any eventuality.

    Let’s take the first one. The Holy Spirit is the one I rely on in emergencies. In life, there may be times of emergencies. Maybe an attack out of spiritual carelessness, may be launched against a member of your family and you find yourself in an emergency. Just laugh in such case and switch over to speaking in the tongues of the Spirit inviting the Standby who is ever ready to meet headlong with any emergency in and around you. He is most trained to deal with emergencies; to turnaround the situation in an instant to the glory of the Lord Yahushua. In the days of Yahushua, suddenly the adversary attacked the widow’s only son and took him. In bitterness and agony, the procession of burial was happening when the Master was stepping into that city at that moment by the direction of the Holy Spirit. Luke 7:11-16 (NET) has the report, ‘Soon afterward Jesus went to a town called Nain, and his disciples and a large crowd went with him. As he approached the town gate, a man who had died was being carried out, the only son of his mother (who was a widow), and a large crowd from the town was with her. When the Lord saw her, he had compassion for her and said to her, “Do not weep.” Then he came up and touched the bier, and those who carried it stood still. He said, “Young man, I say to you, get up!” So the dead man sat up and began to speak, and Jesus gave him back to his mother. This is exactly the interventions of our able Standby the Precious Holy Spirit. Don’t ever allow the liar devil to prevail in any attack against you. You are ordained to win in all matters of life. The Standby is the one we rely on in emergencies. In the US, the emergency service is called the 911. Our Kingdom 911 is the Precious Holy Spirit.

    Lastly, The Holy Spirit my Standby is my ready, reliable and available reserve. A Reserve is something set aside in hold, kept back and available for future use or need. With a reserve you cannot get stranded. You cannot be ashamed in the face of unforeseen circumstances. The reserve comes in handy to tackle the obstacle. We have a supernatural reserve in the Holy Ghost. Halleluyah! This is something to shout about! This means you cannot ever come to a crossroad in your life and be frustrated for lack of help or intervention. If it is a situation that will result in mockery, the Reserve is handy to bail you out. Friend, you are the most blessed being on earth to have the Blessed Holy Spirit leaving in you. What a wonder you have become amongst people. You have this awesome personality living in you.

    REMEMBER: The Holy Spirit is your Standby to be relied on in emergencies, a ready, reliable, and available reserve.

    PRAYER: Dear Father, thank You for Your word to me today. Thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit. I receive the ministry of my Standby today and handover my situations and circumstances into His hands. I am completely safe in Him. I love You Lord in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: I decree that this weekend shall be celebrations in the Holy Ghost for you and your household. Every issue of mourning ends forever in your life. The things that make for joy, peace and celebration becomes the testimony of your life and household from this weekend and forever in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT (6): STRENGTHENER

    A Strengthener is one that makes you stronger, that emboldens you and empowers you. The blessed Holy Spirit, our Strengthener makes us stronger, emboldens us and empowers us.

    Let us take the first one. He makes us stronger. This is the work of the Holy Spirit in our inner man. Our strength is not of the physical even though the well-being of our physical body is also of paramount concern to the Holy Spirit because my body is His temple. He looks to the world through my eyes, touches men through my hands and generally expresses Himself through my body His temple. So, He is obviously concerned with the well-being of my body. However, His primary interest is the well-being of my spirit because if my spirit is strong, it influences the well-being of my physical body. Ephesians 3:14-17 (KJV) says one of the most beautiful prayers of the Spirit in the New Testament. The Holy Spirit strengthens us in our inner man by ensuring we feed on the Word, breathe in prayer and exercise by acting on the Word.

    The Holy Spirit emboldens us as we pray in the Holy Spirit that is praying in unknown tongues. 1 Corinthians 14:4 (NET) says, ‘The one who speaks in a tongue builds himself up, but the one who prophesies builds up the church.’ When you are baptised in the Holy Spirit, He grants you utterance in unknown tongues. This is not for show or fun. This is the spiritual avenue of enlarging your spiritual capacity. When you pray in unknown tongues, you build yourself up as it were a house. You see, the Holy Spirit was given to us to equip us to reign in life by HaMashiach and you can’t reign in timidity and cowardice. The Holy Spirit doesn’t want you to be shy or unable to stand before a mere man no matter his natural status. The Holy Spirit imparts an audacity in your carriage that terrorizes hell. You are a divine being, an associate of the God-kind, a participator in the God-life, made as God-man to represent the authority of heaven on earth. You need boldness as that of a lion to intimidate all the gates of hell and reign in victory. Speaking in unknown tongues is the Spirit’s avenue of achieving that in your life.

    The Holy Spirit is our power source. We are utterly powerless without Him. The Lord Yahushua said in Acts 1:8 (AMPC), ‘But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the ends (the very bounds) of the earth.‘ This power is not for show, it is for witnessing. This power is in you if you are baptised already, but you can never see it manifest until you get on the go in witnessing for the Lord Yahushua. You can heal the sick, raise the dead and deliver the oppressed, the power is in you. It is not the preserve of any group of people, it is for everyone filled with the Holy Spirit. But as long as you are not in the business of the purpose for which the power was given, you will not see it in manifestation. So, go out today, tell somebody about the Lord Yahushua and His love for them. In the process, pray for the sick, and see what happens.

    REMEMBER: The Holy Spirit our Strengthener makes us stronger, emboldens and empowers us.

    CONFESSION: I am born of the Word by the Holy Spirit. Therefore, I am a wonder to this earth. I am stronger everyday in my inner-man, emboldened in my spirit and empowered to effect changes in my world. Everything is working in my life and I call the shots before my enemies because I am empowered to reign in life by HaMashiach. Halleluyah!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: Today marks the end of every form of weakness, lethargic existence and powerlessness of the spirit in your life. From today, start commanding what has commanded you before. Rule and reign in the midst of your enemies. Take back without delay any hanging blessing today in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    The word Counsellor has three interesting shades of meaning. One is a person who gives advice or counselling like we have marriage counsellor who is a specialist in knowledge about marriage affairs and can guide his/her client to profit in that area of life. The Holy Spirit is my life Counsellor. He created the world and knows all there is to know that I don’t know. Calamity in life comes when I fail to heed to the voice of this divine counsellor whom my Father has given me to help me not to miss my way in life. The Holy Spirit is an expert in all areas of life. You can rest on His nudgings and be sure that it is failure-proof. Your Counsellor the Precious Holy Spirit is here to give you advice. The Bible says in the multitude of counsel there is safety (Proverbs 11:14; 24:6). Hear this, ‘Proverbs 11:14 Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.’ Failure is inevitable in the absence of advice or counsel. Beloved, you are a witness that you are just one wise counsel away from landing in millions of dollars as you read this now. You are just one wise counsel away from making a success of your marriage. In any area of your confrontation right now, it is just one wise counsel away you require to come out on the other side of celebration and victory. Praise the Lord, you are not barren of that wise Counsellor. His name is the Sweet Holy Spirit and He lives in you. Halleluyah! This is something to shout about.

    The second shade of meaning of the word Counsellor is a lawyer specially one that gives advice in law and manages cases for clients in court. The Precious Holy Spirit is your lawyer both in the court of heaven and on earth. Our constitution that prevails in all realms of life is the Word of Yahweh, the Bible and it is written by the Holy Spirit. He can guide you into the Word to present your case before the Father in such a compelling manner that you can never be denied. How do you think we secure answered prayer? Our great Counsellor the Holy Spirit advices of what to pray and how to pray. Romans 8:26 (NET) says, ‘In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness, for we do not know how we should pray, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with inexpressible groanings.’ By this, you can be sure that nothing can win against you. That thing does not exist in heaven, on earth and in hell. Nothing absolutely can prevail against you walking in the counsel of the Holy Spirit. Are you facing any litigation right now? Employ the Holy Spirit to dismiss it in your favour.

    Lastly, the word Counsellor means one who has supervisory duties at a summer camp or any camp at all. As you know, we are pilgrims on earth. We are as it were, living in the earth camp and the Holy Spirit is our Counsellor supervising our duties here on earth. In any setup, if you are going to be recommended for promotion, you must please and work well with your supervisor. Beloved, your relationship with our Counsellor, the Precious Holy Spirit is key to your promotion here on earth, to your enjoying the good things of life here on our pilgrimage through this earth. Many believers are suffering today because they have simply neglected the ministry of our Supervisor and they are wondering why they are not being blessed. It is because, you are not recommended for promotion yet. In fact, in most case, you are rather recommended for demotion. That shall not be your case. So, beloved, cooperate with your supervisor the Mighty Holy Spirit for your promotion and well being in this camp of earth. The good news is that our Supervisor was solely given to us for our good.

    REMEMBER: The Holy Spirit as our Counsellor connotes professional counsellor, lawyer and supervisor.

    PRAYER: Dear Father, thank You for Your Word to me today. Thank You for the gift of my Sweet Counsellor the Sweet Holy Spirit. I accept Him today as my Counsellor and I bow before Him for all matters concerning me here on earth. Precious Holy Spirit I handover to you all my life and issues, be my professional counsellor, lawyer and supervisor. I love You in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: That counsel that will take you to your next level, receive today in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!
