THE NATURE OF SIN (2): OFFERS TEMPORAL PLEASURE

Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season?
Hebrews 11:25 (KJV)

Sin can be pleasurable. This is the hook that sin has used to trap many and to destroy their destinies. There is pleasure in using your pen in stealing from the government, then using the money to buy expensive ride and cruising around town. There is pleasure in taking a sexual partner to a five star hotel and having a full week of sexual experience. The pleasure of sin is the trap that sin uses to get its victims. This is also where the deception of sin comes in. It shows you pleasure and tells you that, that is all there is to it. But listen to our opening text again. The pleasures of sin are for a season. The Greek word translated ‘for a season’ is proskairos meaning ‘for the occasion only’. The pleasure of sin lasts for just the occasion only. But the consequences lasts into eternity. Why are you giving in for fleeting pleasures and exchanging it for eternity in hell? Why are you focused on the moment while ignoring the ultimate? The pleasures of sin are just for that occasion only which afterwards leaves you bitter and ultimately destroys one. It is your desire that draws you away to sin. James 1.14-15 says, “14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. 15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.” This is what sin does not tell you that once it is finished, you are now a walking corpse. When the occasion of the pleasure is over, you are no longer the same person. You are now a corpse with hands and legs still going around.

The pleasures of sin would have made permanent the slavery of Joseph. He would have continued to receive favour both from Potiphar and his wife, being the second husband even though unknown to Potiphar. That sin of sleeping with Potiphar’s wife, would have gained him the favour of Madam Potiphar. But he would have forfeited his destiny of being a prime minister of Egypt. Whenever you are giving in to sin, you are forfeiting destiny. The pleasures of sin that is for a moment is always an exchange for the plans and purposes of the Father for you. Whenever you are being lured by the pleasures of sin which in any way is for a moment, you should remember that the cost of that pleasure is the great and mighty purpose and plans of the Father for you. Can you imagine the position of a head-boy in Potiphar’s house and the position of a prime minister of the whole Egypt. That is always the price of the pleasures of sin. Its opportunity cost is the greatness of the Father’s plans and purposes.

Beloved, if it is sin, the end result is death. Even if you cannot see death; even if you can only see pleasures now, please understand that the end therefore is death (see James 1:14-15). Selah!

REMEMBER: The pleasures of sin is for the occasion only afterwards it results in death.

CONFESSION: My desire is to please the Father. My heart is to know the Father. What sin calls pleasure is repulsive and utterly disgusting to me because the nature of righteousness is at work in me. Halleluyah!

PROPHETIC RELEASE: I decree today that the taste of sin dies in your life. That sinful appetite is destroyed now in the name of the Lord Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

THE NATURE OF SIN (1): SIN IS DECEPTIVE

But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day? lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
Hebrews 3:13 [KJV]

The problem with sin is the nature thereof. Sin is deceptive. It causes one to believe what is not true or to fail to believe what is true. Sin is death in disguise. But sin will make you believe that it is enjoyment and pleasures without consequences. Sin cause one to believe that there is nothing that will happen. But we have seen that sin kills. Sin destroys whatever it comes into contact with. Sin is at the root of destructions of marriage, business, career, education, etc. A man that drinks believes that he is enjoying but that is deception of sin because he is destroying his liver and vital organs with alcohol. A young woman that is jumping from one bed to another, from one hotel to another thinks that she is happening, without knowing that she is a walking corpse, according to the Bible (see I Timothy 5:6). In plain terms a person who is deceived by definition does not even know they are deceived! And this is the deadly effect of sin in our lives – sin so alters our thinking that we do not even realize we are deceived when we sin!

Spurgeon remarked, “Sin slyly insinuates itself and by slow degrees prevails, therefore must we carefully guard against it.” The first ever record of sin was the work of deception. Genesis 3:13 (NASB) says, ‘Then the Lord God said to the woman, “What is this you have done?” And the woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”’ Indeed, he is the one who is “more crafty than any beast of the field which the LORD God made” (see Genesis 3:1) and who continues to sow his deceptive seeds of temptation from beginning to end (of our life and of this present evil age). 2 Corinthians 11:3 says, “But I am afraid that, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds will be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ.” You are giving bribes and getting jobs but little do you know that you are already deceived by sin because it has failed to show you the other side of the coin which is premature death. Jeremiah 17:11 says, “As the partridge sitteth on eggs, and hatcheth them not; so he that getteth riches, and not by right, shall leave them in the midst of his days, and at his end shall be a fool.” The deceptiveness of sin will never allow you to have an inch of premonition of death as a result of ill-gotten wealth.

You may be doing wrong now and it is completely hidden from the eyes of people and sin has convinced you that you are free. But it has refused to show you that no one ever need see you, that sin will find you out, it is only a matter of time and bring you shame, reproach and even death. Number 32:23 notes “But if ye will not do so, behold, ye have sinned against the Lord: and be sure your sin will find you out.” If you are living in any sin, you are being deceive to think that it is not harmful to you but know for sure today, that sin kills and there is no small sin. Selah!

REMEMBER: Sin is killing you, if you don’t know this, you are being deceived.

CONFESSION: Sin does not have dominion over me because I am a new creation with the nature of righteousness. I function in holiness. I know that sin is dangerous and deadly, therefore, I do not play with it. Thank You Lord!

PROPHETIC RELEASE: I command that scale to fall off your eyes today. That thing that makes you to toil with sin (death) is broken over your life now in the name of the Lord Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

THE UNMATCHABLE HUNDREDFOLD RETURN

But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions? and in the world to come eternal life.
Mark 10:30 (KJV)

“And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s,” (Mark 10:29). This is the reward of dedication. When you leave everything for the Lord Yahushua and for the interest of His Kingdom, you are assured of a hundredfold returns now in this time. “Now in this time” means in your life-time; in this side of eternity called time. Whatever you do for the Lord Yahushua and for the gospel has a hundredfold returns attached to it. The best enterprise on earth is the gospel and kingdom expansion endeavours. Why do I conclude that? Let us see the parable of the sower where the Lord Yahushua talked about this hundredfold returns. In Matthew 13:8, we read, “But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.” The seed that was planted into the good soil yielded some thirtyfold, some sixtyfold and some hundredfold. Irrespective of the fact that they were planted in a good soil, some yielded just thirtyfold and some sixtyfold. Thirtyfold and sixtyfold are great returns on their own but then, they are not as good as hundredfold. But there is a guarantee of a hundredfold returns when you are dedicated to the gospel. Whatever you give up for the Lord and for the gospel’s, you are assured of a hundredfold returns. It is not a probability but a surety. This is why dedication to the Lord Yahushua and the gospel is the best thing that can happen to your life and destiny. When you are dedicated, sown into the work of the Lord, your life begins to bring forth abundance beyond words.

Hundredfold is not hundred times. Start with a one fold return and you receive two. A two fold return gives you four; three fold gives you eight; then sixteen, thirty-two, sixty-four, one hundred twenty-eight, two hundred fifty-six which is only eight fold. Sound impossible…then it has to be Yahweh’s principle. I could not stand not knowing what the real numbers would be so I set out to crunch some numbers; at just thirty fold you would get a whopping 1,073,701,824 (that’s one billion, seventy-three million, seven hundred-one thousand, eight hundred twenty-four). Listen, we’re talking nine zeroes here; that’s phenomenal. Care to take a guess what sixty fold would be?

After all that is just thirty fold again. If you guessed 2,147,403,648 you are absolutely wrong. Sixty fold is 1,151,973,021,073,889,216 (one quintillion, one hundred fifty-one quadrillion, nine hundred seventy-three trillion, twenty-one billion, seventy-three million, eight hundred eighty-nine thousand, two hundred sixteen) which is slightly more than double the thirty fold. How good is Yahweh…eighteen zeroes! And that’s only sixty fold. Guess, go ahead I dare you…if you are like me, I did not know theses numbers existed. I can now say them but still cannot wrap my mind around them…okay here goes…one hundred fold is 1,201,064,595,207,167,685,882,431,343,616 (one nonillion, two hundred-one octillion, sixty-four septillion, five hundred ninety-five sextillion, two hundred seven quintillion, one hundred sixty-seven quadrillion, six hundred eighty-five trillion, eight hundred eighty-two billion, four hundred thirty one million, three hundred forty-three thousand, six hundred-sixteen). This is whooping thirty zeroes!

And these numbers are just for one penny or dollar or seed. What if instead of giving one dollar you gave one hundred or a thousand. If you received an hundredfold return and wanted to know how much that would be just multiply 100 x 1,201,064,595,207,167,685,882,431,343,616 = 10,106,459,520,716,768,588,243,134,361,600.

REMEMBER: The hundredfold is Yahweh’s plan for you. Go for it in faith!

PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Word to me today. I believe and connect to my hundredfold return on both my physical and financial input into the gospel in the name of the Lord Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

PROPHETIC RELEASE: Receive a hundredfold return from now in the name of the Lord Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

THE PURPOSE OF PROSPERITY (3): SO YOU CAN BLESS THE POOR

And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
Matthew 25:40 (KJV)

The poor around you are Yahweh-given assets for your increase in life. So celebrate every opportunity with excitement. Matthew 26:11 says, “There’s always somebody in need just around the corner. For ye have the poor always with you…” Deuteronomy 15:11 also adds, “For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.” When you open up your bowels, heaven’s windows also opens in your direction. One of the reasons Yahweh blesses us is so that we can bless the poor around us, to open our hands wide towards the poor and rescue them from the jaws and plague of poverty. Until your arms are open wide to the needy, Yahweh’s window stays shut over you. If you eat all your food and drink your water alone, it will soon run dry. There’s an opportunity around you there, grab it! You may say, “There was somebody I helped the other day, and he did this, he did that”, recounting some negative experiences you had in the past. No! Just keep reaching out to the poor and needy. Don’t say, “When I have a big house…” It’s a big heart you need, not a big house!

Proverbs 19:16-17 says, “He that keepeth the commandment keepeth his own soul; but he that despiseth his ways shall die. He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.” Giving to the poor is a commandment. Verse 16 established it as a commandment and verse 17 gives us an understanding of that commandment. Having pity on the poor is lending unto the Lord; and you by so doing commit Adonai to give it back to you. And of course, when you lend to a man bigger than you, when he’s repaying you, it’s always with a bonus. When you lend to a man bigger than you, you’re securing extraordinary favours in your direction. Yahweh said, “Owe no man anything.” So there’s nothing that you lend to Him that is lost. If He says, “He that gives to the poor lendeth to the Lord,” then you’re through, because you are sure He will repay you. It’s a privilege to lend to the Lord by giving to the poor. You have a guarantee of returns.

Proverbs 14:31 says, “He that oppresseth the poor reproacheth his Maker: but he that honoureth him hath mercy on the poor.” So, when you have mercy on the poor, you’re honouring Yahweh. Now, join this with 1 Samuel 2:30, “… for them that honour me I will honour...” When you’re meeting the needs of the poor according to the grace of Yahweh on your life, you are securing honour from heaven. The poor is your opportunity to enter into a dimension that humanity will envy you. Selah!

REMEMBER: Prosperity is for you to bless the poor.

CONFESSION: I am a blessing to the people around me. My delight is in seeing the poor enjoy the blessing of the Lord upon my life. I thank You Lord!

PROPHETIC RELEASE: May your bowels be supernaturally enlarged for the poor from this day in the name of the Lord Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

FOUNDATION FOR PROSPERITY (4): ADDICTION

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness? and all these things shall be added unto you.
Matthew 6:33 (KJV)

There is another level we are going to be discussing today. It is called addiction. This is the point of encounter with Yahweh-Jireh. Psalms 122:6 says, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.” Who shall prosper? The above scripture says, “they shall prosper that love thee”, not “that love to prosper.” Those that shall prosper are those that love the peace of Jerusalem (Yahweh’s kingdom), that want to see it advancing, progressing and established. That’s addiction! Verse 9 says, “Because of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek thy good.” That’s not a trade by barter life, but a life utterly dedicated and committed to the good of the house of Yahweh. David was simply addicted! There is what to seek first, so that you won’t have any need to seek any other thing, as they would cheaply be added unto you! I don’t know where your heart is, but I must tell you that where your heart is determines where Yahweh places you. Seek ye first the kingdom of Yahweh… That is, you’re moved by every kingdom issue; not just to be seen, but because that’s where your heart is. Many are in the kingdom for what they can get, so they always get disappointed. Many there are that are only moved by their own things, so their own things never work. But when the kingdom of Elohim moves you as your own thing would, you’re on your way to the topmost top in life. David can testify to this (1 Chronicles 29:2-5).

This addiction I’m talking about is not in the volume of what you give. No! It’s in the tenacity of your heart – how connected you are to Yahweh. David said in Psalms 132:4-5, “4 I will not give sleep to mine eyes, or slumber to mine eyelids, 5 Until I find out a place for the Lord, an habitation for the mighty God of Jacob.” That is addiction. Your destiny of prosperity can only be realised if only you can enter this addiction mode, where the Kingdom of Yahweh holds the most important place in your heart, until it removes sleep from your eyes. Your love for souls and the expansion of Yahweh’s Kingdom must occupy your heart and mind and place you on the spot for action. This is addiction to Yahweh and the interest of His kingdom.

Let’s look at another addict of Yahweh and see what that looks like. His name is Abraham. Genesis 24:1 says, “And Abraham was old, and well stricken in age: and the Lord had blessed Abraham in all things.” How did Abraham land at that shore of blessing? Beloved, kingdom addiction is the highway to supernatural additions. Genesis 22:9-10 says, “9 And they came to the place which God had told him of; and Abraham built an altar there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar upon the wood. 10 And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son.” This was not film tricks. This was real. It is only a man that is on addiction dimension that can dare this. Get on this frequency today and see a new prosperity horizon open to you. Selah.

REMEMBER: Addiction to Yahweh and the interest of His Kingdom is a sure foundation for prosperity.

CONFESSION: In Him I live and move and have my being and I am fruitful in Kingdom expansion with massive financial investment in the pursuit of souls. This is my addiction. Thank You Lord Yahushua!

PROPHETIC RELEASE: You must come into this dimension of addiction encounter that will settle your life with Yahweh forever this time in the name of the Lord Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

WHERE IS YOUR HEART?

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness? and all these things shall be added unto you.
Matthew 6:33 (KJV)

Even though prosperity is your Father’s Will for you, it may be an illusion in your life if your love is not on the Lord Himself. Where your heart is, is critical to your accessing your inheritance of prosperity. Let us examine Matthew 6:19-33 (The Amplified Bible),

“Do not gather and heap up and store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust and worm consume and destroy, and where thieves break through and steal. But gather and heap up and store for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust nor worm consume and destroy, and where thieves do not break through and steal; for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

The eye is the lamp of the body. So if your eye is sound, your entire body will be full of light. But if your eye is unsound, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the very light in you [your conscience] is darkened, how dense is that darkness!

No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will stand by and be devoted to the one and despise and be against the other. You cannot serve God and mammon (deceitful riches, money, possessions or what is trusted in).

Therefore I tell you, stop being perpetually uneasy (anxious and worried) about your life, what you shall eat or what you shall drink; or about your body, what you shall put on. Is not life greater [in quality] than food, and the body [far above and more excellent] than clothing? Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they? And who of you by worrying and being anxious can add one unit of measure (cubit) to his stature or to the span of his life?

And why should you be anxious about clothes? Consider the lilies of the field and learn thoroughly how they grow; they neither toil nor spin. Yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his magnificence (excellence, dignity, and grace) was not arrayed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and green and tomorrow is tossed into the furnace, will He not much more surely clothe you, O you of little faith?

Therefore do not worry and be anxious, saying, What are we going to have to eat? or, What are we going to have to drink? or, What are we going to have to wear? For the Gentiles (heathen) wish for and crave and diligently seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows well that you need them all.

But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides” (Matt. 6:19-33, The Amplified Bible).

If your heart is not on Yahweh, money will destroy, abundance will send you to hell. That is why the issue of the heart on Yahweh is the first qualifier.

REMEMBER: Where your heart is determines the height you can scale in Yahushua.

PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Word to me today. I ask for the grace to have my heart stayed on you Lord in love all my days in the name of the Lord Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

PROPHETIC RELEASE: Everything contending with the place of Yahweh in your heart is cursed today. As you align, be restored in the name of the Lord Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

FOUNDATION FOR PROSPERITY (4): ADDICTION

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness? and all these things shall be added unto you.
Matthew 6:33 (KJV)

There is another level we are going to be discussing today. It is called addiction. This is the point of encounter with Yahweh-Yireh. Psalms 122:6 says, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.” Who shall prosper? The above scripture says, “they shall prosper that love thee”, not “that love to prosper.” Those that shall prosper are those that love the peace of Jerusalem (Yahweh’s kingdom), that want to see it advancing, progressing and established. That’s addiction! Verse 9 says, “Because of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek thy good.” That’s not a trade by barter life, but a life utterly dedicated and committed to the good of the house of Yahweh. David was simply addicted! There is what to seek first, so that you won’t have any need to seek any other thing, as they would cheaply be added unto you! I don’t know where your heart is, but I must tell you that where your heart is determines where Yahweh places you. Seek ye first the kingdom of Yahweh… That is, you’re moved by every kingdom issue; not just to be seen, but because that’s where your heart is. Many are in the kingdom for what they can get, so they always get disappointed. Many there are that are only moved by their own things, so their own things never work. But when the kingdom of Elohim moves you as your own thing would, you’re on your way to the topmost top in life. David can testify to this (1 Chronicles 29:2-5).

This addiction I’m talking about is not in the volume of what you give. No! It’s in the tenacity of your heart – how connected you are to Yahweh. David said in Psalms 132:4-5, “4 I will not give sleep to mine eyes, or slumber to mine eyelids, 5 Until I find out a place for the Lord, an habitation for the mighty God of Jacob.” That is addiction. Your destiny of prosperity can only be realised if only you can enter this addiction mode, where the Kingdom of Yahweh holds the most important place in your heart, until it removes sleep from your eyes. Your love for souls and the expansion of Yahweh’s Kingdom must occupy your heart and mind and place you on the spot for action. This is addiction to Yahweh and the interest of His kingdom.

Let’s look another addict of Yahweh and see what that looks like. His name is Abraham. Genesis 24:1 says, “And Abraham was old, and well stricken in age: and the Lord had blessed Abraham in all things.” How did Abraham lands at that shore of blessing? Beloved, kingdom addiction is the highway to supernatural additions. Genesis 22:9-10 says, “9 And they came to the place which God had told him of; and Abraham built an altar there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar upon the wood. 10 And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son.” This was not film tricks. This was real. It is only a man that is on addiction dimension that can dare this.

REMEMBER: Addiction to Yahweh and the interest of His Kingdom is a sure foundation for prosperity.

CONFESSION: In Him I live and move and have my being and I am fruitful in Kingdom expansion with massive financial investment in the pursuit of souls. This is my addiction. Thank You Lord Yahushua!

PROPHETIC RELEASE: You must come into this dimension of addiction encounter that will settle your life with Yahweh forever this time in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

WHERE IS YOUR HEART?

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness? and all these things shall be added unto you.
Matthew 6:33 (KJV)

Even though prosperity is your Father’s Will for you, it may be an illusion in your life if your love is not on the Lord Himself. Where your heart is, is critical to your accessing your inheritance of prosperity. Let us examine Matthew 6:19-33 (The Amplified Bible),

“Do not gather and heap up and store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust and worm consume and destroy, and where thieves break through and steal. But gather and heap up and store for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust nor worm consume and destroy, and where thieves do not break through and steal; for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

The eye is the lamp of the body. So if your eye is sound, your entire body will be full of light. But if your eye is unsound, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the very light in you [your conscience] is darkened, how dense is that darkness!

No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will stand by and be devoted to the one and despise and be against the other. You cannot serve God and mammon (deceitful riches, money, possessions or what is trusted in).

Therefore I tell you, stop being perpetually uneasy (anxious and worried) about your life, what you shall eat or what you shall drink; or about your body, what you shall put on. Is not life greater [in quality] than food, and the body [far above and more excellent] than clothing? Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they? And who of you by worrying and being anxious can add one unit of measure (cubit) to his stature or to the span of his life?

And why should you be anxious about clothes? Consider the lilies of the field and learn thoroughly how they grow; they neither toil nor spin. Yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his magnificence (excellence, dignity, and grace) was not arrayed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and green and tomorrow is tossed into the furnace, will He not much more surely clothe you, O you of little faith?

Therefore do not worry and be anxious, saying, What are we going to have to eat? or, What are we going to have to drink? or, What are we going to have to wear? For the Gentiles (heathen) wish for and crave and diligently seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows well that you need them all.

But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides” (Matt. 6:19-33, The Amplified Bible).

If your heart is not on Yahweh, money will destroy, abundance will send you to hell. That is why the issue of the heart on Yahweh is the first qualifier.

REMEMBER: Where your heart is determines the height you can scale in Yahushua.

PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Word to me today. I ask for the grace to have my heart stayed on you Lord in love all my days in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

PROPHETIC RELEASE: Everything contending with the place of Yahweh in your heart is cursed today. As you align, be restored in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

HOW THE WORD BUILDS YOU UP (5): IMPARTS HATRED FOR SIN

Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity? therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
Hebrews 1:9 (KJV)

By the time we are done with this series, you will come to appreciate why it is practically impossible to live a successful Christian life outside the Word. Sin is one thing that separates humanity from Yahweh. Sin is not an old concept. Whatever the world has become today in terms of evil is a function of the introduction of sin by man. People ask “if there is Yahweh, why is there so much evil in the world?” Sin is the answer. Wherever sin is present, no good thing will ever be present there. Whenever you see sin, there must of necessity be the absence of Yahweh. This is a very serious matter. Yahweh loves humanity but hates sin. Yahweh does not condone sin. Sin is the straw that breaks the camel’s back with Yahweh. No matter how close you are to Him, once you start meddling with sin, your time has expired with Him. You have overstayed your welcome, we would say humanly speaking. You are quickly like a leper escorted out of the court like what happened to king Uzziah of Judah in II Chronicles 26:16-23. Beloved, you must understand today that sin is not your friend on all counts. The Lord hates sin. When you stay in the Word in reading, studying and meditation, there is an impartation of the same order of hatred for sin that the Lord has.

It is littered in the Word the injunction to hate evil. Staying in the Word exposes you to the mind of Yahweh about sin. It lets you know how He responds to sin, thereby guiding your own response to the lure of sin. This dimension does not come over night however. You need to stay in the Word until whatsoever that deviates from the Word begins to irritate you. You would come to the point that you can never be comfortable with sin in your life and surely not even in the lives of people around you. Living in sin or even accommodating sin in your life is surely the fact of lack of knowledge of who your enemy really is. Your greatest enemy is sin. The power and dominion of the devil over you is sin. If you cut off sin from your life, you would see how frail Satan is. Satan’s power is your existence without a living relationship with Yahweh. Whenever you take care of sin and Yahweh is actively in partnership with you, then you are in charge in all realms.

Beloved, decide to develop love for the Word which will empower you to stay put in the Word, day in day out. Your struggles with sin and unrighteousness is enough. There is a place in the Word, I desire that you position yourself today and stay free forever. Not everybody is struggling with sin. Not everybody is living with guilty conscience. Don’t allow Satan to deceive you that everybody is struggling with one thing or the other. It is not true. There is a position you will maintain in the Word that puts an end eternally to your struggles with sin. Take that position today. Selah!

REMEMBER: Staying in the Word imparts you with hatred for sin.

PRAYER: Dear Father, thank You for Your word to me today. I ask for the grace to stay in the Word until my nature is completely altered and intense hatred for sin is imparted in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

PROPHETIC RELEASE: Your days of struggling with sin are ended. From now enter into the realms of dominion over sin in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

THE BENEFITS OF ENGAGEMENT (3): SUPERNATURAL ADDITIONS

But seek ye first the kingdom of Yahweh, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Matthew 6:33 (KJV)

From our opening verse, the Lord spoke to Bishop David Oyedepo “Seek me and the interest of my kingdom first and all these things that men are dying to get shall be added to you”. “I want to build a house of my own”. “I want to buy a new car.” “I want to marry this year.” All these things that people are running after are additions to the person that goes about bearing the gospel. The author hates suffering and smiling. He strives to find out the way to get something without struggling and takes that path. You can suffer your head out just to build yourself a house. You save, you deny yourself of so many things, then after 20 years, halleluyah! You have a roof over your own head. There is another route. Be committed to the gospel and a roof over your hand is supernaturally added to you within five years of desiring one and that without going through all the denials and suffering. Which one would you rather opt for? Seeking Yahweh and the interest of His kingdom which is the salvation of the souls of men, endears you to Yahweh for supernatural additions of those things that men are running around town for. It is foolishness to opt in for suffer-head!

Apostle Peter asked the Lord Yahushua, what would be their lot that have left everything to follow him. Matthew 19:28-29 says, ‘ 28 And Yahushua said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. 29 And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.’ That goes to say that in this life, you have a guarantee of an hundredfold returns for following the interest of the Kingdom. Beloved, thirtyfold is even mind-blowing, let alone an hundredfold. You cannot pursue Yahweh and the interest of His Kingdom and be last for it; and be pitied for it. It is a privilege to be called with this holy calling of bearing the gospel of HaMashiach. It is a very high calling in life.

There is no business that is more profitable in life like the Kingdom business. Our supreme partner in this business is so faithful that when your commitment is verified, your returns just begins to amaze even you yourself. You begin to wonder what you have done to deserve the avalanche of favour, goodness and mercy that keeps littering your paths. I believe that it is your turn in case all that is discussed today sounds too good to be true. It is your turn to see additions beyond your imaginations. Now commit to bearing the gospel to the people in your sphere of contacts both online and offline. By all means preach the gospel today. When your commitment is varied, you will only be amazed at the returns. Shalom!

REMEMBER: Bearing the gospel triggers supernatural additions in life.

PRAYER: Beloved Father, I thank you for your word to me today. I receive grace to daily bear the gospel to the people in my sphere of contacts. I connect to the supernatural additions in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

PROPHETIC RELEASE: Begin to walk in the reality of supernatural additions which will produce the harvest of increase, abundance, advantage of the Holy Spirit, favour and glory from now in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!
