HOW TO GET VISION

I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.
Habakkuk 2:1 (KJV)

Our opening text is describing a prayer situation and position. That presupposes that the quest to get your divine vision requires you to take a prayer posture. This prayer demands accounts why so many in the body of HaMashiach hasn’t known Yahweh’s purpose and plans for them till date. It is not gotten on platter of gold; it takes some prayer posture beloved. One major characteristics of a genuine vision is that it has its source in Yahweh. If you want to hear, “well-done, good and faithful servant” (see Matthew 25:21,23), you must ensure that you get your vision from the Lord. Any vision that does not have its source in Yahweh leads to destruction. It might flourish for a while but certain destruction is inevitable. Even if you are applauded here on earth by people, what becomes of you when you stand before the throne of Him to whom we have to do? (see Hebrews 4:13). A vision is sought for and acquired by man/woman. Everyone through separation seeks his own vision. No one can seek a vision for another person. Vision is an individual, personal affair. It is not a collective affair. A man/woman who desires a vision must necessarily separate himself from every distraction and make enquiries from Yahweh.

Now, as you pray and seek the Lord for your vision, have these scriptural foundations. Firstly, make vision your need because the Lord is committed to meeting you at the point of your need. Philippians 4:19 says, ‘But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.’ If it is a need, then you are guaranteed an answer. Prepare yourself to receive. Secondly, know that the Lord is more willing to reveal His purpose and plan to you than you are willing to ask. So come with assurance. Psalms 2:8 says, ‘Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.’ If There is a person to pray, there is Yahweh to answer. Yahweh is eager, don’t you waver. He is just waiting for that moment when you will step out to receive it from Him.

Thirdly, “I will stand upon my watch”. Be alert and watchful. Visions are received during watchful moments. Watching and praying are two different things. Prayer is calling upon the Lord, while watching is conditioning your spirit man to receive from Yahweh. It involves getting your spirit-man linked with heaven in order to receive heaven’s signals. It is being in the Spirit. This is because the Lord can visit you any time – while going about your daily affairs, or at the wheel of a car driving, or cooking, etc. So, it takes being connected in the Spirit not to miss the signal that is carrying your vision. You see, a fleshy person has no business in this matter. Selah!

REMEMBER: You position yourself on the prayer altar with watchfulness to receive vision.

PRAYER: Dear Father, thank you for your word to me today. Father I am ready to receive your vision for me, let it drop in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

PROPHETIC RELEASE: I command your spirit to come alive today in order to receive divine vision. I decree that every issue of mourning ends forever in your life and family from now in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!
