    IT IS WISDOM TO KNOW YOUR PURPOSE

    Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
    Jeremiah 1:5 (AMPC)

    Purpose is the original intention for the creation of a thing. Purpose is the reason for the making of a thing. Purpose is the thought in the mind of the manufacturer that necessitated the making of a thing. Nothing that is created is without a purpose. But the purpose of a thing cannot be known from the thing. You cannot ask a mobile phone for instance, “what is your purpose?” It does not know its purpose. Purpose is only known from the marker or manufacturer of a product. That is the reason, every manufacturer accompanies their product with a manual that describes the purpose, functions and maintenance of its product. If you want to know the purpose, functions and how to maintain the mobile purpose, it behoves on you to consult the manufacturer’s manual. So many people carry mobile phones that are laden with extraordinary functions beyond texting, calling and receiving calls, but are not making use of those functions because they are ignorant that those functions exist in those phones they are using. Man is a product of Yahweh. Genesis 1:27 says, ‘So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.’ Beloved, you are not a biological accident. No matter, how you came, you are a product of pre-ordination of Yahweh. He picked you, out of the millions competing spermatozoa released. You are not an accident.

    Purpose is the key to life. Without purpose, life has no meaning. A lack of purpose and the impending tragedy that results from its absence is found not only in people but in all things. When elements of nature lose their purpose, chaos and destruction are the results. When nations, societies, communities, organizations, friendships, marriages, clubs, churches, countries or tribes lose their sense of purpose and significance, then confusion, frustration, discouragement, disillusionment and corporate suicide—whether gradual or instant— reign. Purpose is the master of motivation and the mother of commitment It is the source of enthusiasm and the womb of perseverance. Purpose gives birth to hope and instils the passion to act. It is the common denominator that gives every creature an element of distinction. This guiding sense of purpose is more than an orientation towards a goal. Rather, it is a deep awareness that a common vision encompasses all life and existence.

    Having arrived, it takes wisdom to go back to the maker and ask, “Lord, why did you create me?” “Why am I here?” The foolish has no such inclination. Wisdom makes you restless until you have aligned with the purpose for your making. Pause today and ask yourself Purpose questions. Selah!

    REMEMBER: Purpose is the reason for your making.

    PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Word to me today. Father, you are my maker and I come to you today to ask you to show me that very reason that you brought me here for in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: As you align to purpose, I decree today that systems and individuals holding what belongs to you come under the pressure of the Holy Spirit to release yours into your hands. Your hands shall not be dry again. I curse empty-handedness now and release you into overflow of resources in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    HOW TO GET WISDOM (4): MEEKNESS

    Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
    James 1:21 (BBE)

    We have said that the Word is your access to the fear of the Word and Wisdom. However, the Word is useless without meekness. The Holy Spirit only teaches the meek. You can only receive the Word with meekness and until you receive the Word, you are out of the path of the fear of the Word and consequently Wisdom. Psalms 34:9 says, “The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.” Your proximity to Wisdom is a function of the learning at the feet of the Master because He has been made unto us Wisdom and your ability to receive His instruction is a function of meekness. That means meekness is your access to Wisdom because with it you are able to receive the instructions that make you function in Wisdom. This should be very simple for anyone to understand. According to Wikipedia, “Meekness is the attribute of human nature and behaviour that has been defined as an amalgam of righteousness, inner humility and patience.” At new birth, this fruit of the Spirit was imparted to your human spirit. So, you are not disadvantaged. You cannot say, “Meekness is not my thing. I just don’t have it.” No! It is a fruit of the Spirit and like other fruits of the Spirit, they are developed, nurtured and consciously manifested for you to reap their benefits.

    There is good in the earth. You don’t need to exist in struggles and frustration. Psalms 37:11 says, “But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.” It takes meekness to enter into your inheritance in the earth. See that scriptures says that it takes meekness to delight yourself in the abundance of peace. Is it not reality today that the cause of unrest in almost all realms of existence is pride? Do you know that most wars that claim so many lives and properties is a function of the pride of man? Do you know that most families today in the divorce court or already divorced is just pure pride and nothing else? You are out of the path of abundance of peace without meekness. The devil may not be your problem as much as pride and haughtiness is. Meekness is not weakness. The world may misunderstand your meekness for weakness but really meekness is strength under control.

    To confirm that meekness is an access to this Wisdom from above, James 3:13 says, ‘Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.’ This is saying that meekness belongs to this Wisdom. Without meekness, you cannot access this Wisdom. But as you humble yourself before the Master to learn of Him, I see this Wisdom flowing from your life. Shalom!

    REMEMBER: Meekness is what registers you in the school of Wisdom.

    PRAYER: Dear Father, thank You for Your Word to me today. I ask for grace to function in meekness. Let every trace of pride die now in my life in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: I decree that pride shall not be your down fall. Receive grace to function in meekness in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    HOW TO GET WISDOM (3): THE FEAR OF THE LORD

    The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.
    Proverbs 9:10 (KJV)

    The fear of the Lord is the foundation for everything that is coming down from heaven. Every other gift from the Lord apart from Salvation is a function of the fear of the Lord. Salvation brings you to the fear of the Lord. Even though at Salvation, you are holy, made a holy priesthood, however, the matter of the fear of the Lord is a choice every believer must make. Proverbs 1:29 says, ‘For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the Lord:’ Until you make the choice for the fear of the Lord in your life, you don’t have a chance with this Wisdom that turns the mountains by the roots. We saw a valid example in Daniel. The Wisdom that Yahweh gave Daniel was on the altar of the fear of the Lord when Daniel made a solid choice out of the fear of the Lord not to defile himself. Daniel 1:8 says, “But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.” What was the result of the fear of the Lord in the life of Daniel? “As for these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.” (Daniel 1:17). The fear of the Lord is the foundation for Wisdom. You want to flow in this Wisdom from above? Then you must make the choice for the Fear of the Lord today.

    Another solid example of the fear of the Lord that brought about divine Wisdom was the man Joseph. Genesis 42:18 says, ‘And Joseph said unto them the third day, This do, and live; for I fear God:’ What was the result of the fear of the Lord in the life of Joseph? Genesis 41:39 says, ‘And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Forasmuch as God hath shewed thee all this, there is none so discreet and wise as thou art:’ The fear of the Lord our opening texts says, is the beginning of Wisdom. If Wisdom never began in your life, what is your hope of ever functioning in Wisdom? Divine Wisdom starts in and with the Fear of the Lord.

    The Fear of the Lord is reverence for Yahweh. It is deep seated love and awe of the Lord upon your spirit, soul and body. The Fear of the Lord is coming to the point of living your life because of the Lord. It is coming to the point of living for the whole purpose of pleasing the Lord. The Fear of the Lord is living for the pleasure of the Lord in words and deeds. The Fear of the Lord is commitment to doing the Word no matter what. The Fear of the Lord is not a gift of the Spirit. So, beloved, you are not disadvantaged at all. The fear of the Lord is a choice. Also the fear of the Lord is taught by the Word. Psalms 34:11 says, “Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the Lord.” The Lord Yahushua says in Matthew 11:29 that we should come and learn of Him. The teachings of the Word is what imparts the fear of the Lord which activates the Wisdom of Yahweh in your life. Shalom!

    REMEMBER: The Fear of the Lord is the beginning of Divine Wisdom.

    CONFESSION: Lord Yahushua, pleasing You is my greatest ambition. I am committed to doing Your Word no matter what it costs me. I function in Wisdom in all my ways! Halleluyah!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: I decree your deliverance now from any area where iniquity is holding you to ransom in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    HOW TO GET WISDOM (2): BY THE WORD

    The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.
    Psalms 19:7 (KJV)

    The spiritual environment that you must be to get this Wisdom is in HaMashiach. That means that you must be properly genuinely saved. Without this platform, this Wisdom would be an elusive desire in the life of anyone. The best you can get is human wisdom. This Wisdom that comes from above is only accessible to those dwelling in the heavenly places. As a born again person, you are dwelling in the heavenly places in HaMashiach (see Ephesians 1:20; 2:5-6). The Word of the Lord is foolishness to the unregenerated person. This Wisdom from above is stirred by learning the Word of the Lord. That is to say that you have no chance in this Wisdom if you are not in the Word. It is the Word of the Law that stirs the deposit of this Wisdom. Our opening text says that the Word makes wise the simple. The simple here is the person that is seducible. The simple here is the person that is silly; that can be attracted or lead away from proper behaviour or thinking. Everybody that is not born again has fallen into the seduction of the devil and it takes new birth and schooling in the Word to stir the Wisdom from above in the life of anybody. There is a life of Wisdom in your spirit-man but it takes seating down at the feet of the Lord Yahushua who is the Word to stir it. This is because the mind is the channel of manifesting this Wisdom.

    Romans 12:2 says, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Until you renew your mind with the Word, you cannot function in this Wisdom. This Wisdom from above is the key to living as a principality on earth. A life of success and dominion is not possible outside this Wisdom. However, to stir this wisdom, you must engage the Word. This is why Joshua was instructed that ‘This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.’ (Joshua 1:8). As you stay in the Word, your mind is renewed, thereby being able to discern the right from the wrong.

    Proverbs 2:6 says, ‘For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.’ Your encounter with this Wisdom is always tied to the Word. Out of His mouth comes understanding. Until you understand the Word, you cannot do it and Wisdom is doing the Word. Deuteronomy 4:6 says, ‘Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.’ Develop a Word program for yourself and be diligent to it. Shalom!

    REMEMBER: Until your mind is renewed by the Word, you cannot function in Wisdom.

    CONFESSION: I am a word-addict. The Word is the highest thing I value on earth and am glad that it is stirring me up in Wisdom and causing me to function as a principality everywhere I go. Halleluyah!!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: Every inhibition that is standing on your path to the Word is cursed from its root now in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    HOW TO GET WISDOM (1): BY SALVATION

    Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
    Acts 4:12 [KJV]

    As we have already established that the Spirit of HaMashiach is the Spirit of Wisdom. That follows that until we come to HaMashiach to be saved, we cannot have access to this Wisdom. In the Old Testament, this Wisdom came by divine impartation for special assignment. That is the case with Bezaleel. Exodus 28:3 says, ‘And thou shalt speak unto all that are wise hearted, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they may make Aaron’s garments to consecrate him, that he may minister unto me in the priest’s office.’ Exodus 31:2-3 says, ‘2 See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah: 3 And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,’ The Spirit of Wisdom came upon people to help them function in certain offices and perform certain assignment for the Lord. In the New Testament, the reality which is Yahushua has come. John 1:17 says, “For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.” We are no longer in the shadows. Now, the Spirit of Wisdom is open to whosoever desire it. James 1:5 says, ‘If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not? and it shall be given him.’ However, our first access to the Spirit of HaMashiach is at new birth. It is at new birth that the Holy Spirit comes into the life of the believer and recreates his spirit. If you have not accepted the Lordship of the Lord Yahushua, you cannot receive the Spirit of Wisdom. Wisdom is one of the seven-fold manifestation of the Holy Spirit.

    Wisdom can only operate in the environment of the new creation. The mind of sin can never understand nor accept the ways of this Wisdom. “Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men? and the weakness of God is stronger than men.” (I Corinthians 1:25). The mind of the unregenerated person sees the ways of this Wisdom as foolishness. Until you come into HaMashiach, you can never comprehend this Wisdom. The ways of this Wisdom operate in the highest pedestal of comprehension. The scribes and learned people of this world sees it as foolishness. It actually operates on a pedestal that their little minds cannot apprehend. The mind of the unregenerated person is blind. 2 Corinthians 4:3-4 says, “3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: 4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”

    If you ever think that accepting Yahushua HaMashiach is something for the ignorant, then please understand that it is because there is a spiritual blindness on you by the activities of your arch enemy Satan who is the god of this world. For you to be free from his clutches, you must come into the glorious light of the Lord Yahushua and if you have not done so, please pray the prayer with all your heart and please reach out to us for assistance.

    REMEMBER: Until you are saved, you cannot receive this Wisdom.

    PRAYER: Dear Father, I repent of my sins and believe in Yahushua HaMashiach that He came, died for my sins and rose again to give me life. Now, I confess that Yahushua HaMashiach is Lord and Saviour of my life. Lord Yahushua I surrender my heart to You today and forever. Through You Lord and in Your name I have eternal life; I am born again. Thank You Lord for saving my soul. Now I am a child of Yahweh. Praise the Lord! Halleluyah!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: By Wisdom, begin to experience mighty things that will make people marvel in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    MEET WISDOM

    But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
    I Corinthians 1:24 [KJV]

    In Genesis 1:26 we saw the Father saying “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness:” That scripture introduced the blessed Trinity. John 1:1-3 says, “1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him? and without him was not any thing made that was made.” That showed us that the second person of the Trinity is the person known as the Word. Genesis 1:2 says, ‘And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.’ We saw the third person of the Blessed Trinity called the Spirit of Yahweh. Beloved, just follow me, we are trying to meet Wisdom. Proverbs 8:22-31 showed us that Wisdom was at the Creation. Even before creation, he was right there. However, we have seen that it was only the Holy Trinity that was there at creation. This shows us that the Word is Wisdom. Apostle John told us that by the Word all things were made (see John 1:3). Psalms 104:24 says, “O Lord, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.” Collaborating what Proverbs 8:22-31 said that Wisdom was there at creation. We can state authoritative by these scriptures that the Word of Yahweh is the Wisdom of Yahweh.

    At the due time, the Word metamorphosed and dwelt with men. Apostle John was trying to let us know how the Word became the Saviour Yahushua HaMashiach. John 1:14 says, ‘And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.’ The Word by which all things were made became flesh (human) and dwelt among people. The Lord Yahushua was this Word that was made flesh. Remember, the Word that was made flesh was the same Wisdom that made the World. He manifested in the flesh and He is Yahushua of Nazareth. When He began His ministry on earth, it was said of Him in Mark 6:2 “… and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?” He manifested in Wisdom that evoked awe before His contemporaries. Wisdom also shows himself in mighty works and that was the case of the Lord Yahushua. As a little lad, He reasoned with teachers of the law and they “were astonished at his understanding and answers.” (see Luke 2:47).

    “Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.” (John 12:24). So, the Saviour has to die so that He could bring forth sons to glory. As He resurrected, He gave those that believe eternal life. Embedded in this eternal life is Wisdom. So, as a believer, you have this Wisdom in you. The Holy Spirit that recreated us at new birth is called the Spirit of Wisdom (see Exodus 28:3). Selah!

    REMEMBER: The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Wisdom and is in you if you are born again.

    CONFESSION: I am a new creation in Yahushua HaMashiach. His Spirit has come alive in me in all Wisdom and spiritual understanding. I function by Wisdom in all I do, praise the Lord!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: Welcome to the month of mighty works by the Wisdom of Yahweh. This month, I see someone rescued from the clutches of foolishness and behaviours that are contrary to your destiny in the precious name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC FOCUS FOR MAY 2024

    Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.

    Happy New Month Beloved! Welcome to the fifth month of the year of Triumph 2024. We believe you had the best of time in the Lord’s presence using the #WordForTodayDevotional daily in the month of April. We appreciate the Lord for giving the Word daily. The feedbacks are amazing of the impact in the lives of the people. The monthly edition has become a reference to many pastors on the theme covered. We return all the glory to the Lord Yahushua for all these. The month of April was the month of the Holy Spirit where we explored the supernatural. We began by looking at who the Holy Spirit is, His Mission in the life of the believer, who He is, and what He does. We saw that new birth was our first encounter with the Holy Spirit; followed by a baptism of power for service with the evidence of speaking in tongues. We explored how to operate in the supernatural and concluded with an introduction into the supernatural operation of the gifts of the Spirit. By all means, we believe that you are equipped to function in the supernatural. Intimacy with the Holy Spirit is the secret of sweat-less triumphs in life. You must also understand that the purpose for this devotional is not just information, it is transformation. But transformation only comes by applying yourself to the information you have received. James 1:22-25 says it this way, verse 22 “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.” Please read through verse 25. I see your transformation visible for all to see in the name of the Lord Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    “There is a path which no fowl knoweth, and which the vulture’s eye hath not seen: The lion’s whelps have not trodden it, nor the fierce lion passed by it.” This force “putteth forth his hand upon the rock; he overturneth the mountains by the roots.” (see Job 28:7-9). This force makes men wonders among men. This force begins to dig deep into questions like: Why am I here? What am I here to do? Where am I going? Am I fulfilling why I am here or doing something else? What are my action steps to getting to where I am going? When one begins to answer these questions, then real living starts. So many are around but they are not living. You have been called into a life in HaMashiach that should be envied. HaMashiach has been made unto you the wisdom and power of Yahweh. Until you operate in Wisdom, you cannot maximum the life of HaMashiach in you. Wisdom is this force that overturns the mountains by the roots. Wisdom is the principal thing that makes principalities of people on earth. Fortunately for you, Wisdom came with the life of HaMashiach that is imparted to your spirit at new birth. So, you are not in any way disadvantaged.

    Our prophetic focus for the Month of May 2024 therefore, is “I AM WALKING IN WISDOM AND REDEEMING THE TIME, AS I EXIST IN TRIUMPH” (Colossians 4:5). The month of May is our month of Wisdom, Purpose, Vision and Plans. We are going to explore what Wisdom holds for the believer and how to activate and walk in wisdom. When Wisdom is in operation, one will be apt to know the Purpose of Yahweh for bringing him/her. Wisdom is the platform for purpose, vision and plans. The foolish has no such inclination. Until Purpose is known, abuse is inevitable according to Myles Munroe. Life will end up a frustration without vision. Then, plans help you from where you are now to where you are going. All these are products of wisdom. This is the life we have received in HaMashiach. A life of Wisdom, that makes us principal people on earth, with purpose, on a visionary mission and pursuing with all the precision of a plan. Nothing left to chance at all. Get set to align with destiny this month. Nothing happens by chance. Whatever that is left to chance will never have a chance. You should be reigning because you are a royal priesthood but you cannot reign until you begin to consciously engage the Wisdom of Yahweh that you have in your spirit at new birth. Welcome to your season of purpose, vision, plan and pursuit. Shalom!

    THANKSGIVING: Dear Father, thank You for the privilege of life, sound mind and body, of seeing a brand new month. Thank You for sending Yahushua HaMashiach to pay the price for my sins and for the privilege of Your presence in my life by the Holy Spirit. Thank You for all You did for us in the month of April. Thank You for the Person and Presence of the Holy Spirit in my life. Thank You for bringing me into the supernatural dimension of operation. Thank You for what you are set to do in me and for me this new month. To You alone be all the glory in the precious name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: I decree that this month of May shall not see your end but you shall see its end. In this month of May, there is be a fresh release upon you of the fountain of Wisdom. I decree no evil news shall be heard in your life, family and job/business. This month, the heavens open over you and your family for a turnaround your world cannot deny. This month, every agenda of evil against you is shattered now. You shall only walk in success, increase, favour, supernatural possibilities and triumphs on every side you turn. No man shall be able to stand against you and your progress all the days of this month. Testimonies shall be your daily bread this month and celebration unending shall be in your house.     THANKFUL FOR APRIL 2024

    And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
    Colossians 3:17 (KJV)

    We are grateful to the Lord for bringing us to the last day of this great month. It has indeed been an eventful one of torrential order of the Word on this platform. We return all the glory to the Lord Yahushua. Being the last day of the month, it is a day of thanksgiving for us at #WordForTodayDevotional. Today we recount all the Lord has done for us and we overflow with thanksgiving. We also reflect on how thanksgiving enhances our operation in the supernatural. Thanksgiving is like a signature in the supernatural. Our opening texts admonishes us that whatsoever you do in word or deed, you must punctuate it with thanksgiving to the Father in the name of the Lord Yahushua. This sounds simple but that is actually why many are cut off from the supernatural manifestation. When it come to prayer and operating in the supernatural, thanksgiving is an inevitable practice. It is an inescapable protocol of this kingdom. In the first place, access to the throne room is only by thanksgiving. Psalms 100:4 says, “Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.” Without thanksgiving, you are not even admitted into the courts of the Father. How can you operate in the supernatural if you are an outsider or operating from the outside.

    Another thought is, whatever you received from the Lord is only sustained by thanksgiving. Then, you cannot be thankful, if you are not joyful. You cannot be joyful if you are not grateful. You cannot be grateful if you are not thoughtful. You cannot be thoughtful and not be thankful. If you cannot think, you cannot thank. The Lord has done so much but until you can sit down and think, you cannot be full of thanks. Deuteronomy 28:47-48 says, “47 Because thou servedst not the Lord thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things; 48 Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the Lord shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee.” If you don’t rejoice in the Lord for His mercies, you cannot be thankful. If you are not joyful, you provoke the Lord to destroy even the blessing He has already given you. So your blessing is only sustained in thanksgiving.

    The Lord actually cursed the blessing in the lives of the priest because they failed to return with thanksgiving. Malachi 2:1-2 says, “1 And now, O ye priests, this commandment is for you. 2 If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith the Lord of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay it to heart.” Beloved, thanksgiving is your way to the blessings of the supernatural and the only way to sustain them. Shalom!

    REMEMBER: Thanksgiving is your way to step into the supernatural and remain there.

    THANKSGIVING: Dear Father, we are not worthy of the least of Your mercies. What shall we say for bringing us to the end of this great month, no loss, no tears, we saw goodness and mercies, abundance of blessings in front and at the back. Thank You for the salvation of my soul. Thank You for the continuous flow of Your Word on this platform. Thank You for Your preservation, provision and supplies. Thank You for opening my eyes to the reality of the supernatural this month. To You alone be all the glory in the Name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: As this month ends today, I decree that there shall be no carry-over of April’s blessings to May. I decree that within the remaining hours that you enter practically into all that the Lord has released for you this month. As the month begins to close, I decree that your intimacy with the Holy Spirit enters into new dimensions leading to the harvest of increase, abundance, advantage of the Holy Spirit, favour and glory from now in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    SUPERNATURAL GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT (9): THE INTERPRETATION OF TONGUES

    The interpretation of tongues is the supernatural showing forth by the Spirit the meaning of an utterance in other tongues. Also, it is not translation of tongues; it is the interpretation of tongues. The gift of interpretation of tongues is the least gift of all of the gifts of the Spirit because it depends upon another gift — divers kinds of tongues — in order to operate. It does not operate unless tongues have been in operation. The purpose of the gift of interpretation of tongues is to render the gift of tongues understandable to the hearers so that the whole church congregation, as well as the one who gave the utterance in an unknown tongue, may know what has been said and may be edified thereby. Paul said, “. . . greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues, except he interpret, THAT THE CHURCH MAY RECEIVE EDIFYING” (1 Cor. 14:5). But can’t Yahweh speak to us in some other way in the public assembly? Yes, He can and does. We have other public messages given by the Spirit of Yahweh that are not interpretation of tongues; they are a manifestation of the gift of prophecy. For example, psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs are also given by the Holy Spirit through the gift of prophecy.

    In private prayer it is not necessary that everything we utter in other tongues be clear to our understanding, because Paul said, “For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful” (1 Cor. 14:14). Therefore, it isn’t necessary that everything I pray in tongues be clear to my understanding or be interpreted because I am not talking to myself, I am talking to Yahweh. What I pray in tongues is clear to Yahweh and that is sufficient: “For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, BUT UNTO GOD: for no man understandeth him; how-beit in the spirit HE SPEAKETH MYSTERIES” (1 Cor. 14:2). Yet on some occasions Yahweh may desire that we interpret our prayers. Paul suggests this in First Corinthians 14:13: “Wherefore let him that speaketh in an unknown tongue pray that he may interpret.” There may be times, if it is as the Spirit of Yahweh wills, that we know what we are praying about in tongues in our personal devotions, and Yahweh will give us the interpretation.

    1 CORINTHIANS 14:27 says, ‘If any man speak in an unknown tongue, LET IT BE BY TWO, OR AT THE MOST BY THREE, and that by course; and LET ONE INTERPRET’. In ministering publicly in tongues in any one service, Paul is saying here that it should be done by two or at the most by three people. In other words, only two or three people at the most should participate. Selah!

    REMEMBER: The gift of interpretation of tongues is supernatural interpretation of what was spoken in the manifestation of the diverse kinds of tongues.

    PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your word to me today. I desire to function in the gifts of the Spirit according to Your Will. I ask that You help me to always maintain connection with Your Spirit, so I can be in the position to receive anytime according to His will in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: As this month is ending tomorrow your supernatural status just escalates to higher dimensions. No carry-over of April blessings in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    SUPERNATURAL GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT (8): DIVERSE KINDS OF TONGUES

    I Corinthians 12:10 (KJV)

    The word “divers” in First Corinthians 12:10 is italicized, which means that it was added by the translator. Actually, this verse reads, “… to another, kinds of tongues. . . .” However, in another scripture, Paul said that God set in the Church diversities of tongues (1 Cor. 12:28); therefore, we would not be out of line scripturally to say “divers” kinds of tongues, or different kinds of tongues. This utterance gift of tongues is an important gift in that tongues is the door into the supernatural. This doesn’t necessarily mean the gift of tongues is the best gift, for as we indicated previously, the best gift is the gift needed at the moment. The Gift of Tongues Is a Supernatural Sign. Divers kinds of tongues is supernatural utterance by the Holy Spirit in languages never learned by the speaker, nor understood by the speaker, nor necessarily always understood by the hearer. Speaking with tongues has nothing whatsoever to do with linguistic ability; it has nothing to do with the mind or the intellect of man. It is a vocal miracle of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, one reason we speak in tongues is that Jesus said this is one sign which should follow believers. Also, tongues is the scriptural, initial evidence also of the baptism in the Holy Ghost (Acts 2:4). It is important to understand that the gift of tongues is unique to the dispensation of the Church Age.

    Every spirit-filled believer speaks in tongues. In addition to praying in tongues in one’s individual prayer life, it is also true that there is a public side to speaking in tongues. Paul said that not everyone would be used in what we call the public ministry of tongues, for he said in First Corinthians 12:30, “… do all speak with tongues? …” The obvious answer is no because in this verse Paul is talking about the public ministry of diversities of tongues which is a ministry gift denoting more the prophetic office, not the devotional gift of tongues. Some take First Corinthians 12:30 out of its context and conclude that Paul was saying, “Speaking in tongues isn’t for everyone. Therefore, you can be filled with the Spirit without speaking with tongues.” However, again, we must remember that here Paul is talking about the ministry gift of tongues, for he began by saying, “AND GOD HATH SET SOME IN THE CHURCH, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, DIVERSITIES OF TONGUES” (1 Cor. 12:28). Ministry gifts or offices are “set” in the Church by God; they are people called to the fivefold ministry. Then he asked the question in First Corinthians 12:29 and 30, “Are all apostles? . . . No, all are not apostles: Let’s look a little further in verse 30: “. . . do all speak with tongues? . . .” The obvious answer is no. Paul was talking here about fivefold ministry gifts, just as he was talking about fivefold ministry gifts when he asked, “Are all apostles? . . .” (v. 29), and so forth.

    REMEMBER: The gift of diverse kinds of tonguing is a supernatural utterance in tongues not learned by the speaker.

    CONFESSION: My prayer is enriched by the gift of tongues. It deepens my relationship with the Spirit and opens the door of the supernatural for me. Thank You Lord for this gift in my life. Halleluyah!
