    BE WILLING TO BE LED

    O that thou hadst hearkened to my commandments! then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea:Isaiah 48:18 (KJV)

    Yahweh made man a free moral being. This means that you are free to make your choice in life. Even though Yahweh desires that nobody ends up in hell but He leaves each individual to make a choice of where he/she spends eternity. Even though Yahweh wants all to worship him, he still leaves each individual to make a choice whom to serve; this is why so many are serving Satan today. One thing with Yahweh is that He never violates man’s decisions especially as it concerns his/her life. It is Satan that forces and coerces. That is how to identify a Satanic religion. That religion that forces people against their will to belong or die is surely Satanic. Yahweh always present a choice to you and urges you to choose life. But He never forces you to choice life, you are very free to choose death (see Deuteronomy 30:15, 19; Joshua 24:15). What Elohim is saying today is that “I want to lead you but I cannot force myself on you. You must make the choice for divine direction and be willing for Me to lead you.”

    If you are ever going to enjoy divine direction, you must make that choice to be led. You must prioritize divine direction and Yahweh’s opinion in whatever that concerns you. This attitude makes you to consult Yahweh on every decision and matter that may crop up in your life. This willingness is a critical requirement to evoke divine response to you. Matthew 5:6 says, ‘Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.’ There is an assurance that if you approach the throne of grace with willingness to be led, that you shall be satisfied. That willingness makes you discard every other opinion and even what you already know just to access Yahweh’s opinion. Elohim sees that thirst in your heart and responds to you according to His Word.

    What is it that drives this willingness? It is the knowledge that it is only the Will of Yahweh that cannot be hindered that drives that willingness. Also the knowledge of the limitedness of man in knowing and handling the affairs of life. You know that every man here on earth was made. No one made the world. Everyone was born into this world, therefore, you cannot know the world more than the one that created it. Claiming to do so is utter foolishness or even a sign of insanity. This explains why it is only the wise that seek Yahweh’s opinion because they know their utter helplessness without His help which is released while you are driving along His Will for your life. If you are not yearning for divine direction, it may be because you are grossly ignorant of your own helplessness in confronting the forces that will confront you on your race on earth. What do you have to confront the gates of hell without Yahushua HaMashiach in your life? That is why we yearn and go for divine direction because if Yahweh be for you, nothing and no one can be against you (see Romans 8:31).

    REMEMBER: Your willingness to be led is vital to accessing Yahweh’s leading.

    CONFESSION: I hail from Yahweh and my life is defined by the Word of Yahweh. I am thirsty to be led in all my ways, that is why I seek Yahweh the way I do because I understand that without Him I am utterly helpless. I am being led both by the written Word and by the Holy Spirit. Halleluyah!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: May the understanding of your helplessness overtake you today and drive you into the waiting arms of your heavenly Father in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    BE INSTRUCTION MINDED

    Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is thy life.
    Proverbs 4:13 [KJV]

    There are a lot of believers in HaMashiach that are only blessing minded. They are the Amen crew of believers; receiving blessings and echoing Amen and that ends it for them. But Yahweh has designed life to function on principles. There is a principle Yahweh established in Genesis 8:22: While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease. It is the principle of Seedtime and harvest. Science decoded it and calls it the principle of cause and effect. This means that if harvest is your objective, then you must not ignore seedtime. This means that no matter how you shout Amen to a prophetic declaration, if that your Amen was the only action you took, you maybe heading to frustration if the outcome requires other input. For instance, until you give, you cannot receive. Giving is the seed that is required to be planted for the harvest of blessings to result. Luke 6:38 says, ‘Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.’ It is what you gave that a good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over is returned into your bosom. This is a principle of seedtime and harvest and it has no respect to whether you are born again or not. If you take this principle no matter who you are and diligently apply it, you will without fail, end at the supposed outcome.

    As a son of Yahweh, you must be instruction conscious, because your life and abundance is tied to it. Our opening text specifically says that instruction is your life. That is to say without instruction, you have no life, you will end at the abode of death and destruction. What instruction is to a pilot is what instruction is to a believer in HaMashiach. Aeroplanes are flown on instructions not on opinions. Bishop David Oyedepo says, “We walk by common sense, we run by principles but we fly by instruction. You don’t train a child to walk, a child learns how to walk by common sense, An athlete runs by standards or principle of the pitch, but a pilot flies a plane by instructions or commands.” If you ever desire to soar on wings in life and destiny, you must be an instruction minded believer, you must be excited at commands. Until you take commands excitedly from Yahweh, you cannot be in command on earth. Rather than claim the blessing, find out what to do to command the blessing upon you, then do it excitedly and you would not need to beg to be blessed.

    You should be asking yourself now, “what must I do to end up at so so place in my walk with Yahushua HaMashiach?” “Lord, what are you saying to me to do for 2023?” Selah!

    REMEMBER: Take fast hold of instruction for she is your life.

    CONFESSION: I am a product of the Word of Yahweh therefore, I am conscious that therein lies my life, future and development. I am instruction-minded because I am an eagle Believer. Glory be the Father!

    PROPHETIC FOCUS FOR DECEMBER 2022

    He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
    Psalms 23:2 [KJV]

    Finally, we are in that month of merriment. Welcome to the month of December 2022! It shall be your crowning month of His goodness. Psalms 65:11 confirms that, “Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness.” This last month shall be your month of fatness in all areas. This month of December shall end this year in mighty celebration for you in the precious name of the Lord Yahushua HaMashiach Amen! It is obvious that you have received an encounter with Divine Wisdom. Proverbs 4:7 says “Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.” Ecclesiastes 8:1 says, “Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.” That shows that you cannot emerge a principality in life without Wisdom and shining in life is only by Divine Wisdom. We looked intently at Wisdom, what it is, how to access it, what it gives and how to recognize it when it is in operation. We saw that it is this Wisdom from above that gives meaning to any other thing on earth. It is Wisdom that makes you want to discover your purpose and vision. It is Wisdom that helps you to develop goals and plans. It is this Wisdom from above that empowers you for vigorous committed pursuit that ultimately makes you a wonder to your world. So, every other thing is a product of Divine Wisdom. That is how principal this Wisdom is. Our prayer is that every trace of foolishness will be over forever in your life. You shall continue to function in this Wisdom as you maintain the fear of Yahweh in your life; as you continue to walk in meekness. You are blessed!

    Between your vision and your shining (your destination), are paths that you have not trodden before. There is another thing Divine Wisdom does for you. It motivates you to go seek Yahweh on His plan on the best way to go about your vision. Psalms 23:2 says “He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.” That is existence in the still waters is only possible by his leading. This is very crucial. There is a place of peace, rest, refreshing and freshness of life but it is only Yahweh that knows the place. He is committed to showing and leading only those that are committed to His leading. It is only in His leading that you can access your still waters because He always leads beside the still waters.

    Our prophetic focus for the Month of December 2022 therefore, is “HIS LEADING ALWAYS BRINGS ME INTO THE STILL WATERS” (Psalms 23:2). In the still waters, you function in supernatural refreshing making you an ever green plant ”planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.” (see Psalms 1:2). This month, we shall be looking at the subject of divine direction. All through the ages the Father has desired to lead man into the green pastures of life. None of us has done life before. There is something for you in destiny. But you don’t know the way to it. You need a compass. There is a prophetic promised land that your destiny belongs to. But how can you get there if you don’t knew the place nor the way to get there. But the Father knows the place and is committed to leading you there. You desire to live beside the still waters of life? Then you must take heed to His direction. This month we are taking stock of how far we have come this year 2022 and then position for direction for the coming year. Lord, what do you have in stock for me next year? Lord which way must I go next year? It is our month of divine direction to seek from our Father Yahweh the right way for us in 2023 (see Ezra 8:21). Shalom!

    REMEMBER: His Leading Always Brings Me Into The Still Waters.

    THANKSGIVING: Dear Father, thank You for the privilege of life, sound mind and body, of seeing a brand new month. Thank You for sending Yahushua HaMashiach to pay the price for my sins and for the privilege of your presence in my life by the Ruach HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit). Thank You for all You have done for me and min all through 2022 and for bringing us into this month of December to crown my year with Your goodness and show me the way to go in 2023. Thank You for all you did for me in the month of November. Thank You for encounters with Your Wisdom. Thank You for what You are set to do in me and for me this new month. To You alone be all the glory in the precious name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: I decree that this month of December shall not see your end but you shall see its end. The Lord shall crown this year with goodness beyond your widest imagination. I decree no evil news shall be heard in your life, family and job/business. This month, the heavens opens over you and your family for a turnaround your world cannot deny. This month, every agenda of evil against you is shattered now. You shall only walk in success, increase, favour, supernatural possibilities and triumphs on every side you turn. No man shall be able to stand against you and your progress all the days of this month. Testimonies shall be your daily bread this month and celebration unending shall be in your house. This month and year is ending in great celebrations in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen.

    THE PERILS OF LIVING WITHOUT VISION

    Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.
    Proverbs 29:18 (KJV)

    Let us see several Bible translations of Proverbs 29:18. NLT says, “When people do not accept divine guidance, they run wild. But whoever obeys the law is joyful.” Easy-to-read Version (ERV) says, “If a nation is not guided by God, the people will lose self-control, but the nation that obeys God’s law will be happy.” GNB says, “A nation without God’s guidance is a nation without order. Happy are those who keep God’s law!” The Passion Translation(TPT) says, “When there is no clear prophetic vision, people quickly wander astray. But when you follow the revelation of the Word, heaven’s bliss fills your soul.” CEV says, “Without guidance from God law and order disappear, but God blesses everyone who obeys his Law.” Let’s collate these translations cited. What it is all about is that without vision, you perish, run wild, lose self-control, exist orderless, wander astray, and experience the disappearance of law and order in your life. I think these different translations have given us in details the dangers of living without vision. This perish is both in time and ultimately in eternity. It is vision that makes you keep eternity in view in your day to day operations. That is why perishing is inevitable without vision because just like New Living Translation (NLT) tells us, you would run wild. You will begin to live like every other person, “let us eat and drink, tomorrow we die.” (see Isaiah 22:13). You can run wild into alcoholism, pornography, sexual pervasions of all manner, squandermania, and all manner of unprintable addictions. All these are the product of lack of vision, people running wild.

    Without vision, people lose self-control. In career, business, family life and in spiritual life too, losing control is inevitable without vision. Imagine someone that opened a shop and by 10am, he/she is still sleeping at home. That is the manifestation of lack of vision. It is only a matter of time, before, he/she folds up and blame the witches in his/her father’s house and some fake prophets will help him/her to name it. But the bane of her life is not any witch, it is lack of vision. New King James Version (NKJV) says, “Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; But happy is he who keeps the law.” The Word restraint is another word for discipline. Without vision, you will cast off restraint in all sphere of life. It is vision, that makes you to stand on your toes even when it is not convenient. Life of convenience is actually a life without vision. It is vision that brings discipline to your life.

    The Word says, let everything be done decently and in order (see I Corinthians 14:40), but without vision, you will be without order (GNB). Your life will be without order. That means chaos will be the norm in your life. Without vision, you will wander astray. But why should you live without vision, when you can get one from the Lord? Selah!

    REMEMBER: Without vision you perish, cast off restraint, run wild, lose self-control, exist orderless, wander astray, and experience the disappearance of law and order in your life.

    CONFESSION: My life is ordered by vision. I am so focused so much that all the gates of hell are in trembling. I am poised to make my heavenly Father proud He sent me in this generation. Halleluyah!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: Your days of existing without vision terminates today in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    THANKFUL FOR SEPTEMBER 2022

    Therefore I will give thanks unto thee, O Lord, among the heathen, and I will sing praises unto thy name.
    II Samuel 22:50 [KJV]

    Colossians 3:17 says, ‘And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.’ Whatever you do in word or deed, give thanks to God. Thanksgiving is what brings perfection to whatever you do in word or deed. For instance, prayer is not acceptable without thanksgiving accompanying it (see Philippians 4:6). Thanksgiving is the common denominator for a life of wonders. From 1st September to this last day of September, we have seen the hand of Yahweh releasing deluge of His Word daily for us. The Word has not been scarce at all and for that we owe Him thanks. Here at #WordForTodayDevotional, we dedicate the last day of the month as our thanksgiving day, where we celebrate the grace of Yahweh that has led us thus far in the month. If you are joining us for the first time, get set to thank Yahweh abundantly today, II Thessalonians 2:13, says that we are bound to give thanks to Yahweh always. It is a duty we owe the Lord. Itemize the things for which you are going to be giving thanks and in the list could be items that are yet to be done. Thank Yahweh profusely for them. As you are thanking Yahweh for what you are expecting Him to do, you are prophesying to that item that it is already done. Let see some benefits of returning to the Lord with thanksgiving:

    1. Preservation of blessing. Whatever Yahweh has blessed you with can only be preserved by Yahweh. The source is the sustainer. For you to invite Yahweh to sustain the blessing, thanksgiving must profusely be released back to Yahweh. In Malachi 2:1-2, Yahweh showed us that not returning with thanksgiving will make him to curse the blessing. ‘1 And now, O ye priests, this commandment is for you. 2 If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith the Lord of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay it to heart.’ Your blessings are at stake if you neglect to return with thanksgiving to Yahweh.

    2. Access in Prayer. No matter how urgent your request is, it does not gain access to Yahweh if it is not encapsulated in thanksgiving. Philippians 4:6 admonishes that we should ‘Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.’ I know you need urgent answers that you just want to continue telling Yahweh about your need, but understand that Yahweh will not even hear, if your request is not laced with enough thanksgiving. Giving enough time to thank Yahweh guarantees access for your prayer and consequently, answers.

    3. Access into the presence of Yahweh. You cannot praise Yahweh except you are in His presence. How do you get there? Psalms 100:4 says, that we should enter His presence with thanksgiving. The word translated thanksgiving is the Hebrew word ‘Towdah’ which means to offer sacrifice of thanksgiving to Yahweh. It takes a sacrifice of thanksgiving to access the presence of Yahweh. I believe as you thank Yahweh today, heaven will invade your moment and give you wonders that you have never imagined possible in your life.

    No asking of anything today, just thanksgiving. Thank Yahweh for any request that comes to mind. It is not the hearer that is blessed. It is not the one with knowledge that is blessed. It is the doer of the work that is blessed (see James 1:22-25). Go ahead and practice what you have been taught. I see Yahweh intervening into your affairs and causing the impossible to happen. Congratulations!

    REMEMBER: Access and answers is by thanksgiving.

    THANKSGIVING: Dear Father, we are not worthy of the least of Your mercies. What shall we say for bringing us to the end of this great month, no loss, no tears, we saw goodness and mercies, abundance of blessings in front and at the back. Thank You for the salvation of my soul. Thank You for the continuous flow of Your Word on this platform. Thank You for Your preservation, provision and supplies. Thank You for inundating us with the Word on thanksgiving, praise and worship and the grace released to make it my lifestyle. To You alone be all the glory in the Name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: Having returned with thanksgiving today, I declare that everything with your name on it still hanging be released now. Joy unspeakable shall be your experience making you to always return with thanksgiving and praise to the Lord. There shall be no carry-over of September releases in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    TRAINING YOUR HUMAN SPIRIT (4): PROMPT OBEDIENCE

    And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the place of which God had told him.
    Genesis 22:3 (KJV)

    Spiritual things can be slippery. That is why following Yahushua requires all the concentration. Yahushua says that anyone that puts his hands on the plough and looking back is not fit for the kingdom (see Luke 9:62). This Kingdom runs on instructions. Just like the aeroplane runs on instruction, you must be responsive to spiritual instructions or your crash is imminent and inevitable. Every pilot is very prompt to follow instructions from the control towers or its crash is inevitable, same is true for every believer. You must train your spirit to be prompt in obeying scriptural instructions. What must be done today must not be postponed to tomorrow. This is crucial in following divine direction. Train yourself to instantly obey the voice of your spirit which we call conscience. When it corrects you, instantly obey. By so doing, you are training your spirit to recognize the leading of the Holy Spirit and to follow it.

    “The spirit of man is the candle of the Lord….” (Prov. 20:27). Your newborn spirit has within it the life and nature of Yahweh. The Holy Spirit dwells within your spirit. “… greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world” (1 John 4:4). The Holy Spirit dwells in your spirit. Yahweh has to communicate with you through your spirit because that is where He is. Your spirit gets its information through Him. The trouble with most of us is that we have not learnt to listen and obey our recreated human spirit. Right inside of you is the candle of the Lord – the torchlight of the Lord. The Holy Spirit enlightens your spirit on steps He wants you to take. Most times, it may just be the thing you would rather not do, which most times makes us not to respond to the promptings of the Holy Spirit. However, if we can learn to instantly obey our spirit, then the Holy Spirit would always lead us into success and peace.

    Learn to obey the voice of your spirit. If you are not accustomed to doing that, of course, you will not get there quickly. As we have said, your spirit can be built up and strengthened just as your body can be built up and strengthened. Your spirit can be educated just as your mind can be educated. But just as you did not begin school in the first grade one week and graduate from the twelfth grade the next week, your spirit will not be educated and trained overnight. However, if you will follow these four points and practice them, after a while you can know the will of Yahweh the Father even in the minor details of life. You will receive guidance and will always instantly get either a yes or a no. You will know in your spirit what you should do in all the affairs of life. Shalom!

    REMEMBER: Learn to instantly obey your spirit because your spirit is the candle of the Lord.

    QUALIFICATION TO BE LED (2): BE MEEK

    The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.
    Psalms 25:9 (KJV)

    Meekness implies humbleness in spirit or manner. It is being absolutely submissive to the will of Yahweh with an attitude of humility. This virtue is one that turns our Yahweh on. It moves Him to unveil Himself to such a person because there is already a submissive humbleness to the His will. To be led, you must be meek towards Yahweh. He is not a waster of time and resources. If you are not meek, you are not committed to doing only what pleases Yahweh, why will He then continue to waste His time to speak to such an individual? Absence of meekness is one big factor why many today are not accessing divine direction. Yahweh sees them as full of themselves and lets them be. Your willingness to submit to the direction of Yahweh is what will determine if you would ever be led. You know our Yahweh sees the end before the beginning begins (see Isaiah 46:10).

    We saw one man that was so divinely led that he was said to speak with Yahweh mouth to mouth. That is how close he went in his relationship with the Lord. Yahweh testified about him in Exodus 12:7-8, ‘7 My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house. 8 With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the Lord shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?’ Is there any other level of divine direction that can get better than that? While other people saw the actions of Yahweh, Moses was a custodian of His ways (see Psalms 103:7). How did Moses arrive at this most prized relationship with Jehovah? Numbers 12:3 says, ‘(Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the face of the earth.)’ So meekness was the backbone of this enviable relationship of Moses with Yahweh. You want to hear Yahweh speak with you mouth to mouth, meekness is the way to go.

    Meekness connotes teachability, apt to learn and unlearn, humble submission. Meekness means you allow Yahweh to be Lord at all times. Adonai is free to change His mind on an earlier instruction and you are still committed to following even if you don’t understand. Meekness implies that all your being is completely submitted in total humbleness to Elohim to do with you at all times as He wishes. You see that meekness is a level of consecration. It takes the fear of Yahweh to be meek. You must come to the point of highest regards there is for Yahweh to be truly meek towards Him. Maybe it is true to say that the Fear of Yahweh is the bedrock of meekness. Do you Fear Yahweh? Are you apt to do your thing without regards to Yahweh’s ways and word? Meekness is a fruit of the recreated human spirit. So, if you are born again, you can grow the fruit of meekness. Go ahead and do that. Shalom!

    REMEMBER: Mouth to mouth communication with Yahweh is by meekness.

    PRAYER: Dear Father, Thank You for Your Word to me today. I ask for the grace to grow the fruit of meekness in my spirit as I respond to you always in complete submissive humbleness in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: Receive the grace to function in the fear of the Lord as a lifestyle from this day in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    WHAT IS IN DIVINE DIRECTION FOR YOU (3): SUPERNATURAL PRESERVATION

    He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye.
    Deuteronomy 32:9 (KJV)

    There are immense profits in following divine direction. There is nobody that obeys the Lord God at a loss. When Yahweh leads you in a particular direction, He takes the extra step of dispatching angels to protect you along that path. No force in hell can stop a man who has discovered the plan of Yahweh for his life and is pursuing it, as angelic forces are on hand to fight on his behalf, to cut off any adversary that dares to come near. Exodus 23:20, 22-23 says, ‘20 Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. 22 But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries. 23 For mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off.’ The job of the angel assigned to you is to keep you in the way and to bring you into your destiny. He monitors the divine plan handed over to you and ensures that it is realized. He clears off any opposition that may want to obstruct you.

    This was the great secret of the conquest and conquering might of king David. He always hear Yahweh’s leading on any expedition. Consequently, Yahweh ensures that he is preserved. Yahweh goes before the led to preserve him/her. You are literally indestructible both to human and satanic powers. Yahweh’s leading brings you to operate as a god on earth. This was also evident in the life of Moses. Moses, literally terrorised Egypt and no one could arrest him or even thought of killing him because when Yahweh is leading you, He goes before you to make the crooked places straight. He becomes an adversary to your adversaries. Everyone that opposes you en route destination of Yahweh’s leading faces divine vengeance.

    Ezra 8:31 says, ‘Then we departed from the river of Ahava on the twelfth day of the first month, to go unto Jerusalem: and the hand of our God was upon us, and he delivered us from the hand of the enemy, and of such as lay in wait by the way.’ This is always the testimony of Yahweh’s leading. This was literally an impossible journey to attempt with all the treasures that they carried without royal security escort. But when a man is working under divine direction, heaven deploys angelic escort to ensure you are protected and preserved en route the assignment. Beloved, get into divine direction and see what peace and rest will be yours by virtue of supernatural preservation around you and yours. Selah!

    REMEMBER: There is supernatural preservation in walking in divine direction.

    EXAMPLES OF DIVINE DIRECTION

    And it came to pass, when Pharaoh had let the people go, that God led them not through the way of the land of the Philistines, although that was near; for God said, Lest peradventure the people repent when they see war, and they return to Egypt:
    Exodus 13:17 (KJV)

    We are going to see scriptural examples of divine direction and see what we can draw from them. When Yahweh brought Israel out of Egypt, He did not lead them through the way of the land of the Philistines, although that was near. So you should be wary of shortcuts; they always cut short the lives of those who take them. The destiny of Israel would have been wasted had they taken the shortcut to Canaan which was the way of the land of the Philistines. Yahweh knows that some opportunities are traps in disguise, so you must trust Him that He knows what He is doing in your life. The journey may be long but it is better to finish alive than to arrive early as a corpse. Yahweh led Israel by the wilderness. Beloved, wilderness is not a palatable environment. The way Yahweh may lead you most times, may not be palatable but you can be sure that it is the way of life and peace.

    In I Samuel 5:19,23, we saw David enquiring of the Lord. ‘And David enquired of the Lord, saying, Shall I go up to the Philistines? wilt thou deliver them into mine hand? And the Lord said unto David, Go up: for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into thine hand.’ (vs 19). It is only those that ask questions that are entitled to answers. In life, leave nothing to assumption. Also, Yahweh is not a one-way traffic God. The enemies came again and David had to enquire again of the Lord what to do and this time, a new strategy was given him to compass behind them (verse 23). This is the beauty of divine direction; it gives you the strategy to win in the path to fulfilling your vision. The Holy Spirit is our greatest strategist and if we can be diligent to walk with Him, then for any confrontation, He would give us just the right strategy to win.

    In John 5:30, we saw Yahushua reiterating the place of divine direction in his pursuit of vision and purpose, ‘I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.’ So the success of the ministry of Yahushua was anchored on instantly obeying divine direction. You wouldn’t need to pray to be successful if what the Father wills is what you are doing. When your actions are in alignment with the Father’s will, then you are an automatic success in the race of life. You must be committed to being led by Yahweh by going to Him for direction. That is how divine direction works. At every crossroad, you must be committed to ascertaining the next step, no assumptions. Like now, you are supposed to have started asking questions of what Yahweh would have you do in 2022. Separate yourself to get to know what Yahweh is saying. Selah!

    REMEMBER: All through history, anyone that achieved anything of eternal value partnered with Yahweh.

    PRAYER: Dear Father, I thank You for Your Word to me today. I ask that you open my eyes and ears to see and hear what you would have me do in 2022 in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: From today, you shall no more miss Yahweh on any issue in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!
