    HOW TO OPERATE IN THE SUPERNATURAL LIFE (6): THE ROD OF THE WORD

    And thou shalt take this rod in thine hand, wherewith thou shalt do signs.
    Exodus 4:17 (KJV)

    The rod is the Word. Proverbs 22:15 says, ‘Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.’ II Timothy 3:16 says, ‘All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:’ This rod is the inspired Word which brings correction, reproof, doctrine and instruction in righteousness. As you are instructed in the Word, it begins to lead you into triumphant procession in HaMashiach (see II Corinthians 2:14). So, the Word brings you instructions first, then correction to help you align. When you are aligned, it becomes the sickle of harvest of miracles, signs and wonders. If you desire to walk in the supernatural, you must be a person of the Word. You are barren of signs without the Word. Like every weapon, you need training on how to use it. Being in the Word, trains you to use the Word to work signs. There is a gift of the Holy Spirit called “the working of miracles” (see I Corinthians 12:10). Miracles are worked with the Word. It is scriptural calculus that results in signs and wonders. In mathematics, there is a branch that is concerned with limits and differentiation and integration of functions, it is called calculus. It requires some expertise of the elementary mathematics, then some mastery of the secondary mathematics where you deal with algebra and so, before you come into the dimension of calculus.

    Beloved, that is exactly how the supernatural works. You require training in the Word to grow from one level of the supernatural to another. There is a level where you can only deal with headaches, there is another level where you can handle terminal cases like cancer and others. There is also another level where you can see creative miracles like amputated hands and feet growing out before your eyes. The difference in these dimensions in the supernatural is the rod of the Word and knowing how to use it effectively. It is proficiency in the use of the rod of the Word that determines your the level of operation in the supernatural. Whatever takes you away from the Word is killing your position in the supernatural. “You shall take this rod in your hand” is the instruction of our Father. If you desire to do signs and have it the way you want it, then, you must take this rod in your hand. It must be handy to you. That is you must come to that point where you don’t need to open your Bible to release the Word. It is handy always.

    Program your life on the Word. Let the Word dwell richly in you, not sparingly (see Colossians 3:16). It takes rich intake to have the Word dwell in you richly. But the assurance is that the Word does not fail, cannot fall to the ground (see Matthew 5:18). Go ahead and engage it today. Shalom!

    REMEMBER: The Bible revealed to you is your rod to do signs both in your life and in the harvest field.

    CONFESSION: I can never be sick. I can never be broke. I am in charge in my territory. I am reigning and ruling by the rod of the Word. Praise the Lord!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: Your ordeal with that torment in your body is over today. I declare the rod released into your hands today in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

    And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
    Acts 2:4 (KJV)

    The author believes that the disciples of the Lord Yahushua were born again at that instance that the Lord breathe on them and said “Receive ye the Holy Ghost” (see John 20:22). After the price of sin was fully paid, the Lord Yahushua having risen from the dead, his disciples in acceptance of Him as their Lord and Personal Saviour and having gathered to Him, He breathe upon them the Holy Spirit. At that point, they were recreated in their spirit, and became new creatures in HaMashiach. This is the experience, we have already described in this devotional to be the first encounter with the Holy Spirit. There is another encounter that we see here in our opening text which is subsequent to salvation. This means that you can never experience Acts 2:4 until you have experience John 20:22 and 3:3-8. This second encounter is called the baptism of/with the Holy Spirit or the infilling of the Holy Spirit. It is called the infilling of the Holy Spirit because in John 7:37-39, the Lord Yahushua described the experience as drinking until you are filled and it overflows. Then from you, the rivers of living water will start gushing out. It is also the emersion of your spirit-man into the Holy Ghost so that every part of you is inundated with the power from on high.

    This second experience is evidenced by utterance of the Holy Ghost in tongues. Our opening text says that “they were all filled with the Holy Ghost and began to speak with other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance”. Some claim that they believe in the Holy Spirit but don’t believe in that tongues business. But you are either believing the Word or not believing it at all. You cannot choose what to believe and what not to believe. If the Word says so, then you must believe it or you are an unbeliever. When it is the Holy Spirit that fills you, He gives you utterance in tongues. Just like a baby that is learning to speak, it may not sound good and sweet at the beginning but as you continue to speak, you are taken into deeper dimensions.

    Can an unbeliever receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues? Absolutely impossible scripturally. Without being born again, you cannot be baptised in the Holy Spirit. Apostle Peter explaining to the confused crowd on the day of Pentecost said “32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. 33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.” (Acts 2:32-33). Until you are in HaMashiach, the Holy Spirit is never your portion. You cannot receive Him. Selah!

    REMEMBER: The baptism of the Holy Spirit is the enduement with power with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

    CONFESSION: Power from on high is on me. I am anointed to be a witness of the gospel of HaMashiach by the baptism of the Holy Spirit. As I speak in tongues, I connect to this power source and continue to manifest wonders to my world. Halleluyah!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: Receive a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit now in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT (8): TEACHER

    But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
    John 14:26     (KJV)

    The Holy Spirit teaches all things. This is awesome. In life, there is nothing that you cannot know by the teaching of the Holy Spirit. Nothing should be difficult for you. At work, you should be a person of excellence and solution manufacturer by the teaching ministry of the Holy Spirit. Just employing His teaching ministry can make you a wonder among person. He teaches all things. From Mathematics to Physics, to biochemistry, to medicine, to law, to mechanics, to whatever you would require knowledge of. The Holy Spirit brings you knowledge in a most understandable manner. There is nothing that makes you emerge a wonder like learning from the Holy Spirit. Let us see the example of Daniel and his friends. Daniel 1:17 says, ‘As for these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.’ In Isaiah 11:2, we saw that wisdom, knowledge and understanding are all the product of the Holy Spirit, ‘And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord;’ So, these guys were taught by the Holy Spirit. What was the result? Daniel 1:20 says, ‘And in all matters of wisdom and understanding, that the king enquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers that were in all his realm.’

    Daniel and friends emerged as wonders in their day by the teaching ministry of the Holy Spirit. Magicians and astrologers could not match up with his manifestation. Daniel reigned in the lifetime of four kings. We see another man whose name is Joseph. The teaching of the Holy Spirit brings about solutions that are out of this world. In Genesis 41:38 Pharaoh asked ‘And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is?’ So Pharaoh recognized that the order of Joseph can only be by the Spirit of Yahweh. Outstanding solutions are always the product of the teaching of the Holy Spirit. You can take your world by storm as you begin to reel out solutions in dimensions that people wonder. This is your portion in the Holy Spirit. You are not created to be a mediocre. The greater one is living in you. Get to know Him.

    The wonder of the teachings of the Holy Spirit cannot work in your life, if you are so distant from Him. It takes intimacy with Him to be taught by Him. The exploit of king David is a function of intimacy with the Holy Spirit. That is why he cried when he erred, “Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.” Beloved, this is your time to experience sweat-less triumphs and living. There is a better way to do what you are doing now. There is a path of excellence that the Holy Spirit can expose you to today that will bring you to limelight. Get close today and see what becomes of your life. Shalom!

    REMEMBER: The best teacher you can encounter in life and destiny is the Blessed Holy Spirit.

    PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Word to me today. Father, I want to please you in all my ways, help me to remain in the Word, so I can learn to please you always in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: Everything that distracts you from the Word, the instruction manual of the Blessed Holy Spirit is cursed in your life now in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT (7): STANDBY

    But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you.John 14:26 (AMPC)

    A Standby is one to be relied upon especially in emergencies; a favourite or reliable choice or resource. A Standby is one that is held in reserve ready for use; a reliable substitute, ready or available for immediate action or use. The Holy Spirit is my Standby meaning He is the one I relied on in emergencies. He is my 911 on earth. The Holy Spirit my Standby means that He is a ready reserve, reliable and available for any eventuality.

    Let’s take the first one. The Holy Spirit is the one I rely on in emergencies. In life, there may be times of emergencies. Maybe an attack out of spiritual carelessness, may be launched against a member of your family and you find yourself in an emergency. Just laugh in such case and switch over to speaking in the tongues of the Spirit inviting the Standby who is ever ready to meet headlong with any emergency in and around you. He is most trained to deal with emergencies; to turnaround the situation in an instant to the glory of the Lord Yahushua. In the days of Yahushua, suddenly the adversary attacked the widow’s only son and took him. In bitterness and agony, the procession of burial was happening when the Master was stepping into that city at that moment by the direction of the Holy Spirit. Luke 7:11-16 (NET) has the report, ‘Soon afterward Jesus went to a town called Nain, and his disciples and a large crowd went with him. As he approached the town gate, a man who had died was being carried out, the only son of his mother (who was a widow), and a large crowd from the town was with her. When the Lord saw her, he had compassion for her and said to her, “Do not weep.” Then he came up and touched the bier, and those who carried it stood still. He said, “Young man, I say to you, get up!” So the dead man sat up and began to speak, and Jesus gave him back to his mother. This is exactly the interventions of our able Standby the Precious Holy Spirit. Don’t ever allow the liar devil to prevail in any attack against you. You are ordained to win in all matters of life. The Standby is the one we rely on in emergencies. In the US, the emergency service is called the 911. Our Kingdom 911 is the Precious Holy Spirit.

    Lastly, The Holy Spirit my Standby is my ready, reliable and available reserve. A Reserve is something set aside in hold, kept back and available for future use or need. With a reserve you cannot get stranded. You cannot be ashamed in the face of unforeseen circumstances. The reserve comes in handy to tackle the obstacle. We have a supernatural reserve in the Holy Ghost. Halleluyah! This is something to shout about! This means you cannot ever come to a crossroad in your life and be frustrated for lack of help or intervention. If it is a situation that will result in mockery, the Reserve is handy to bail you out. Friend, you are the most blessed being on earth to have the Blessed Holy Spirit leaving in you. What a wonder you have become amongst people. You have this awesome personality living in you.

    REMEMBER: The Holy Spirit is your Standby to be relied on in emergencies, a ready, reliable, and available reserve.

    PRAYER: Dear Father, thank You for Your word to me today. Thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit. I receive the ministry of my Standby today and handover my situations and circumstances into His hands. I am completely safe in Him. I love You Lord in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: I decree that this weekend shall be celebrations in the Holy Ghost for you and your household. Every issue of mourning ends forever in your life. The things that make for joy, peace and celebration becomes the testimony of your life and household from this weekend and forever in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT (6): STRENGTHENER

    But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you.John 14:26 (AMPC)

    A Strengthener is one that makes you stronger, that emboldens you and empowers you. The blessed Holy Spirit, our Strengthener makes us stronger, emboldens us and empowers us.

    Let us take the first one. He makes us stronger. This is the work of the Holy Spirit in our inner man. Our strength is not of the physical even though the well-being of our physical body is also of paramount concern to the Holy Spirit because my body is His temple. He looks to the world through my eyes, touches men through my hands and generally expresses Himself through my body His temple. So, He is obviously concerned with the well-being of my body. However, His primary interest is the well-being of my spirit because if my spirit is strong, it influences the well-being of my physical body. Ephesians 3:14-17 (KJV) says one of the most beautiful prayers of the Spirit in the New Testament. The Holy Spirit strengthens us in our inner man by ensuring we feed on the Word, breathe in prayer and exercise by acting on the Word.

    The Holy Spirit emboldens us as we pray in the Holy Spirit that is praying in unknown tongues. 1 Corinthians 14:4 (NET) says, ‘The one who speaks in a tongue builds himself up, but the one who prophesies builds up the church.’ When you are baptised in the Holy Spirit, He grants you utterance in unknown tongues. This is not for show or fun. This is the spiritual avenue of enlarging your spiritual capacity. When you pray in unknown tongues, you build yourself up as it were a house. You see, the Holy Spirit was given to us to equip us to reign in life by HaMashiach and you can’t reign in timidity and cowardice. The Holy Spirit doesn’t want you to be shy or unable to stand before a mere man no matter his natural status. The Holy Spirit imparts an audacity in your carriage that terrorizes hell. You are a divine being, an associate of the God-kind, a participator in the God-life, made as God-man to represent the authority of heaven on earth. You need boldness as that of a lion to intimidate all the gates of hell and reign in victory. Speaking in unknown tongues is the Spirit’s avenue of achieving that in your life.

    The Holy Spirit is our power source. We are utterly powerless without Him. The Lord Yahushua said in Acts 1:8 (AMPC), ‘But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the ends (the very bounds) of the earth.‘ This power is not for show, it is for witnessing. This power is in you if you are baptised already, but you can never see it manifest until you get on the go in witnessing for the Lord Yahushua. You can heal the sick, raise the dead and deliver the oppressed, the power is in you. It is not the preserve of any group of people, it is for everyone filled with the Holy Spirit. But as long as you are not in the business of the purpose for which the power was given, you will not see it in manifestation. So, go out today, tell somebody about the Lord Yahushua and His love for them. In the process, pray for the sick, and see what happens.

    REMEMBER: The Holy Spirit our Strengthener makes us stronger, emboldens and empowers us.

    CONFESSION: I am born of the Word by the Holy Spirit. Therefore, I am a wonder to this earth. I am stronger everyday in my inner-man, emboldened in my spirit and empowered to effect changes in my world. Everything is working in my life and I call the shots before my enemies because I am empowered to reign in life by HaMashiach. Halleluyah!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: Today marks the end of every form of weakness, lethargic existence and powerlessness of the spirit in your life. From today, start commanding what has commanded you before. Rule and reign in the midst of your enemies. Take back without delay any hanging blessing today in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT (5): COUNSELLOR

    But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you.John 14:26 (AMPC)

    The word Counsellor has three interesting shades of meaning. One is a person who gives advice or counselling like we have marriage counsellor who is a specialist in knowledge about marriage affairs and can guide his/her client to profit in that area of life. The Holy Spirit is my life Counsellor. He created the world and knows all there is to know that I don’t know. Calamity in life comes when I fail to heed to the voice of this divine counsellor whom my Father has given me to help me not to miss my way in life. The Holy Spirit is an expert in all areas of life. You can rest on His nudgings and be sure that it is failure-proof. Your Counsellor the Precious Holy Spirit is here to give you advice. The Bible says in the multitude of counsel there is safety (Proverbs 11:14; 24:6). Hear this, ‘Proverbs 11:14 Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.’ Failure is inevitable in the absence of advice or counsel. Beloved, you are a witness that you are just one wise counsel away from landing in millions of dollars as you read this now. You are just one wise counsel away from making a success of your marriage. In any area of your confrontation right now, it is just one wise counsel away you require to come out on the other side of celebration and victory. Praise the Lord, you are not barren of that wise Counsellor. His name is the Sweet Holy Spirit and He lives in you. Halleluyah! This is something to shout about.

    The second shade of meaning of the word Counsellor is a lawyer specially one that gives advice in law and manages cases for clients in court. The Precious Holy Spirit is your lawyer both in the court of heaven and on earth. Our constitution that prevails in all realms of life is the Word of Yahweh, the Bible and it is written by the Holy Spirit. He can guide you into the Word to present your case before the Father in such a compelling manner that you can never be denied. How do you think we secure answered prayer? Our great Counsellor the Holy Spirit advices of what to pray and how to pray. Romans 8:26 (NET) says, ‘In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness, for we do not know how we should pray, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with inexpressible groanings.’ By this, you can be sure that nothing can win against you. That thing does not exist in heaven, on earth and in hell. Nothing absolutely can prevail against you walking in the counsel of the Holy Spirit. Are you facing any litigation right now? Employ the Holy Spirit to dismiss it in your favour.

    Lastly, the word Counsellor means one who has supervisory duties at a summer camp or any camp at all. As you know, we are pilgrims on earth. We are as it were, living in the earth camp and the Holy Spirit is our Counsellor supervising our duties here on earth. In any setup, if you are going to be recommended for promotion, you must please and work well with your supervisor. Beloved, your relationship with our Counsellor, the Precious Holy Spirit is key to your promotion here on earth, to your enjoying the good things of life here on our pilgrimage through this earth. Many believers are suffering today because they have simply neglected the ministry of our Supervisor and they are wondering why they are not being blessed. It is because, you are not recommended for promotion yet. In fact, in most case, you are rather recommended for demotion. That shall not be your case. So, beloved, cooperate with your supervisor the Mighty Holy Spirit for your promotion and well being in this camp of earth. The good news is that our Supervisor was solely given to us for our good.

    REMEMBER: The Holy Spirit as our Counsellor connotes professional counsellor, lawyer and supervisor.

    PRAYER: Dear Father, thank You for Your Word to me today. Thank You for the gift of my Sweet Counsellor the Sweet Holy Spirit. I accept Him today as my Counsellor and I bow before Him for all matters concerning me here on earth.     THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT (3): INTERCESSOR

    But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you.John 14:26 (AMPC)

    An Intercessor is a person who offers prayer, petition, or entreaty in favour of another. This is exactly what the Holy Spirit does for you. He offers entreaty and petition in your favour before the Father and on your behalf to any accusing voice in any other realm. Anywhere any voice comes up to speak against you, the Holy Spirit appears to entreat for you and suddenly there is an overturning in your favour. No one can successfully work against anyone who works intimately with the Holy Spirit because He is always on duty to intercede for you against any opposing voice.

    This should give you some springs on your feet as you walk. You are a spirit being and can’t be stopped. You have got an Intercessor. You are a participator in the Divine-Life experience. No mortal can harm you. They may lie against you, don’t be perturbed. They may conspire against you, that shouldn’t give you any sleepless night. Anyone that rises against you is ordained to fall flat because of you (see Isaiah 54:17). The ministry of your Intercessor forbids that you lose in any confrontation. Now hear this, Isaiah 8:9-10 (KJV), ‘Associate yourselves, O ye people, and ye shall be broken in pieces; and give ear, all ye of far countries: gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces; gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces. Take counsel together, and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us.’

    I want you to see the passion with which the Holy Spirit makes intercession for you. Romans 8:26 (KJV), ‘Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself(Himself) maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.’ With groanings which cannot be uttered. Can you fathom such love? Your Intercessor the Sweet Holy Spirit loves you so much that He groans to ensure that you are not denied, resisted or refused. Oh Blessed Spirit of Yahweh, how much you love me, how much I mean to you, how much you wants me to succeed and glorify the Lord Yahushua in my life here on earth. It moves me to tears just to know that I have this person in my life, who would rather groan than see me lose – groanings that words cannot utter. What a person! Also notice that He knows your infirmities. Infirmities here is the Greek word ‘astheneia’ meaning feebleness of mind or body, it implies malady, moral weakness, frailty (disease or sickness). See, stop hiding from your Intercessor, He already knows your infirmities and He is working in you to make the necessary changes but in-spite of all that, He maintain affinity with you. Halleluyah!!! Glory to the Lord! Can anyone do any better than this awesome personality?

    REMEMBER: The Holy Spirit is groaning in prayer, petition and entreaty in your favour.

    PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Word to me today. I thank You for the gift of the Precious Holy Spirit, help me to always appreciate His groanings in my favour. Blessed Holy Spirit thank you for standing on my side and ensuring that I win everywhere. I love You in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: I decree today that systems and individuals holding what belongs to you come under the pressure of the Holy Spirit to release yours into your hands. Your hands shall not be dry again. I curse empty-handedness now and release you into overflow of resources in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    THE SUPERNATURAL – THE DIMENSION OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

    And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.
    Luke 1:35 [KJV]

    The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Godhead. The supernatural is the realm above the natural, beyond the natural and some times against the natural. Whenever what you need is in the category of above, beyond or against the natural, you are face to face with the need for the supernatural. The supernatural is the realm and dimension of the Holy Spirit. The devil fakes and tries to counterfeit what the LORD YAHWEH does and because of that, there is fake or counterfeit supernatural that Satan tries to fake with his occultic, witchcraft and diabolical manifestations. The original supernatural is the preserve of the Holy Spirit. His works are above nature, beyond nature and some times against nature. We shall explore scriptural landmarks that showed us clearly that the Holy Spirit is the Lord of the supernatural. Our opening text shows the divine visitation of the angel Gabriel to the virgin Mary. In this text, we see the supernatural clearly manifested. It takes naturally the coming together in sexual intercourse of a man and a woman for conception to be possible. But here we see the angel telling Mary that she would conceive by the Holy Spirit coming upon her and by the power of the Highest (another description of the Holy Spirit) overshadowing her.

    True to the prophetic Word, the virgin girl became pregnant by the power of the Holy Spirit. That operation was above the natural. The Holy Spirit operation in the supernatural is unquestionable. He is the master of the supernatural. Maybe what you are desiring this year would take an operation of the supernatural in some way to bring about a turnaround for you, the Holy Spirit has been given to you to empower you to create your desires according to the Word of Yahweh. If the challenge facing you will take going against natural forces to give you an edge, then as a believer, you can smile and hand over to the Holy Spirit. There is no medical condition that should stop any believer in Yahushua not to conceive and bring forth children. This is because the believer is filled with the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit’s function is above the natural laws of medicine and biology. We already have a precedence in the Word as seen in our opening text. Go ahead and engage the Holy Spirit and receive your conception.

    In II Kings 6:5-7 we see another manifestation of the power of the Holy Spirit by the Prophet Elisha. The sons of the prophet went to cut down wood and as they were in that business, the axe fell into the water. They quickly alerted the prophet of their predicament because the axe was borrowed and cannot be lost. So the prophet took a stick and cast it on the spot the axe sank. It is against nature for a heavy metal of that magnitude to float. The water would have been so deep that except for a supernatural intervention of that order, it would have been lost. It was probably an ocean. But at the instance of the stick by the word of the prophet, the axe floated and he stretched his hand and picked it. That is the act of the Holy Spirit through His prophet. Whatever is your case today is a walk-over by the power of the Holy Spirit and the good news is that you have Him in you if you are born again. Selah!

    REMEMBER: The Holy Spirit’s act is supernatural.

    PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your Word to me today. I ask that you make me to know the person, presence and peace of the Blessed Holy Spirit in my life this month in the name of Yahushua Amen!

    EVALUATION, REPLANNING AND FOLLOW-UP

    Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?
    I Corinthians 13:5 (KJV)

    There is need to evaluate and re-evaluate to make sure that you are on course with your purpose. In life, you must learn to be following yourself up on your purpose and plans. This is crucial because things will come to discourage you, to distract you, to engage you in other seemingly important things which are not connected to your purpose and plans. The purpose of evaluation is to ensure alignment. As you sit down to evaluate your plans, you would come to the point to make adjustments, or to re-plan completely. Facts that necessitated some actions may have changed drastically that would need new strategies to ensure you are on course. Except you sit down to evaluate you may not discover these facts. As you go in the course of pursuing your purpose, you may come to situations of total distraction. Distractions are real. Most times, you would have deviated for a long time but for quick evaluation of your purpose and identifying the seemingly good thing that is now taking your time that was never part of your assignment in the first place. You must make weekly examination and evaluation your lifestyle, if you desire to maintain a constant focus on your assignment.

    When you see indices that have changed drastically by the leading of the Holy Spirit, you could re-plan. This is coming to the drawing table with new facts and redrawing the plan to reflect the new reality but ensure that you are doing all that being spiritually minded. That is allow the Holy Spirit to be the leader in all things about your purpose. This is because, your purpose is divine agenda and no divine agenda can be accomplished in the energy of the flesh. You require the leading and active participation of the Holy Spirit to fulfill divine agenda of which your purpose is. You must be that person that the Holy Spirit can interrupt with correction on your operations at any time He sees fit. You must not be so static like a statue. Don’t refuse correction of the Holy Spirit, if you desire to fulfill your purpose. You are not infallible. Sometimes, you can genuinely be wrong. You must learn to turn at His rebuke because He rebukes those He loves (see Hebrews 12:5-6).

    You must also learn to follow yourself up. Why is that important? Especially when you are succeeding, you can just relax whereas though man is clapping for you, heaven is weeping that you have started to waste time and to relax while there are still so much ground to conquer. You must learn to follow yourself up to ensure that you are not relaxing while you should be gaining more speed and accelerating more vigorously. Your purpose is a serious matter because you will stand before the Lord to give account one of these days. Wake up!

    REMEMBER: You need weekly evaluation of your purpose and plans.

    CONFESSION: I am set on the course that I must follow. It’s my destiny and I am committed. I am wholly given to the rebukes and corrections of the Holy Spirit at all times. Glory be to Elohim!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: Be rescued today from every satanic distraction in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    RECEIVE YOUR HEALING (1) BY CASTING OUT THE EVIL SPIRIT RESPONSIBLE

    And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?
    Luke 13:16 (KJV)

    From all we have learnt so far, it is obvious that sickness is from Satan. It does not matter the name the laboratory gave it, it is called the spirit of infirmity and it can manifest with so many names. The Lord Yahushua came into the house of Peter and saw Peter’s wife’s mother sick with what the doctor or laboratory called fever but when the Lord Yahushua touched her the fever left. (see Matthew 8:14-15). That shows you that it was a spirit behind that fever and it was the spirit that left and when it did, the resultant fever was gone too (see Luke 4:38-39). In Mark 9:17-27, we saw a person dumb and deaf but when the Lord Yahushua attended to him, we saw that it was a spirit of dumb and deaf that held him in bondage. In the laboratory, it was discovered that he was dumb and deaf maybe because of physical malfunction of organs but without any medical solution when that evil spirit responsible for that condition was cast out, he was able to speak and hear. Littered in scripture are examples that shows us that whatever your condition that it is the spirit of infirmity behind that operation and manipulation.

    In Luke 13:11, we say a woman that the doctors would have diagnosed as having acute arthritis which has damaged her spinal cord, which made her not to walk well, she was bent over and that conditioned has lasted for eighteen long years. But when the Lord Yahushua saw her, he saw a spirit of infirmity behind that affliction, ‘And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.’ It is the spirit of infirmity that is responsible for that cancer, HIV, leukemie, arthritis, typhoid fever, coronavirus, HBP, stroke, etc. Whatever the name that it has manifested in your body, behind it is the spirit of infirmity. And some of its operation can never be detected in the laboratory but the person is dying. How can you connect a lady that was having severe stomach pains that when the pains come like this, it would seem as if she is dying for the kind of excruciating pain she goes through. They have done all manner of tests, seen all manner of specialists still no solution. One day in the midst of that ordeal, this lady’s mother just tired of the whole thing left her in the hands of Yahweh and started praying for the salvation of souls. In the midst of her prayers, the Holy Spirit instructed her to serve her daughter the holy communion and a shot of the anointing oil, which she did. After receiving it this lady went to sleep, by the time she was up, she was pressed and as she went to the toilet, she excreted a dead rat and that affliction ceased from that day. It was the spirit of infirmity. No laboratory could see that.

    Cast that spirit of infirmity out in the name of Yahushua and you will be free. Shalom!

    REMEMBER: There is an evil unclean spirit at the root of sickness.

    PRAYER: Sweet Heavenly Father, thank You for Your word to me today. I command you spirit of infirmity come out now in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: You spirit of infirmity, I command you to come out of this child of Yahweh now in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!
