    TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS PARTNERSHIP (1): BE SURE OF YOUR SALVATION

    The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God,
    Romans 8:16 (KJV)

    From today to the next couple of days, we shall be examining what it takes to be successful at soul-winning. There are certain ingredients that must be in place for us to make a success at our soul-winning drive. Today we shall be considering assurance of salvation. Assurance of salvation means that you are sure of your salvation. The person that must be successful in winning souls must be very sure that he/she is genuinely saved. You must have had that encounter yourself. There is no substitute to that. You are called to be a witness. How can you witness to what you never saw or knew? Being a witness presupposes that you have experience of what you are talking about. You can never appear in court as a witness of what you never knew anything about. The soul-winner must be a person that had encountered the Lord Yahushua genuinely with evidence of a changed life. Like the blind man in John 9, your testimony should be “I was blind but now I see. I used to do this and that, but now I do not.” One of the outstanding thing about Apostle Paul was his conversion testimony. It was so profound that at the slightest chance he recounts how he became the man he had become.

    You may be born in church, that does not equal to being saved. That your parents are Christians does not mean that you are saved. Salvation is a personal experience. It is an encounter that does not leave you the same. Your salvation must be traceable to a day that you heard the Word and answered an altar call, or a time when you surrendered to Yahushua HaMashiach on your own. Are you baptised since you believed? It is very important that you are baptised in water. Do you have the witness of the Holy Spirit in your spirit that you are a child of Yahweh. We are stressing this because it is the foundation of the person that will be successful in soul-winning. Until you are saved, you cannot become an instrument to saving others. Trying it is getting the experience of the sons of one Sceva. In Acts 19:13-17, some boys started preaching and casting out demons even though these boys have not even known the Lord themselves. Then the devil leaped on them and dealt with them until they ran out naked. It is dangerous to function in the warfare of soul-winning without being genuinely saved yourself. The reason is that soul-winning is warfare. It is confrontation with the gates of hell. If you are not in HaMashiach, you are still in the camp of the devil, then how can you dare to try to lead a fellow captive to freedom?

    Being genuinely born again has no substitute if you are going to be useful in the hands of the Lord. Kingdom business are only the preserve of kingdom men and women. No stranger has a lot in it. If you are reading this today and you are not sure of your salvation then please pray this with all your heart thus: “Dear Father, I repent of my sins and believe in Yahushua HaMashiach (Jesus the Christ) that He came, died for my sins and rose again to give me life. Now, I confess that Yahushua HaMashiach (Jesus the Christ) is Lord and Saviour of my life. Lord Yahushua I surrender my heart to you today and forever. Through You Lord and in Your name I have eternal life; I am born again. Thank you Lord for saving my soul. Now I am a child of Yahweh. Praise the Lord! Halleluyah!” Congratulations!

    REMEMBER: Soul-winning is warfare and it is unsafe for the unsaved person to engage in it.

    CONFESSION: I am born of Yahweh. Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. I triumph everywhere I go for the gospel. Glory be Yahweh!

    THANKFUL FOR FEBRUARY 2023

    Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
    Colossians 2:7 [KJV]

    Here at #WordForTodayDevotional, we devote the last day of every month as our thanksgiving day where we celebrate the grace of Yahweh that has seen us through the month. We do not take for granted the mercies of the Lord from the first of the month to today the last day. It has been a torrent of the word on Love and we owe the Lord thanks. We have returned today to thank Him for the success of the month of FEBRUARY 2023. In case, you cannot see anything to thank Yahweh for – I know such a person will not be reading this now; let me remind you that not all that saw 1st of FEBRUARY 2023 are alive today to see the 28th of FEBRUARY 2023. It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed (see Lamentations 3:22). We owe Him thanks today. Also, our attitude of thanksgiving determines, what the next month will be for us. Let us explore more on the benefits of thanksgiving.

    Our text says that we should abound with thanksgiving. The Greek word translated abounding is ‘perisseuo’ meaning to superabound (in quantity or quality), be in excess, be superfluous; also (transitively) to cause to superabound or excel. You see that the English word abounding did not capture the Greek rendering. What the text is saying in essence is that we should superabound with quality and quantity thanksgiving, and allow our thanksgiving to be in excess. This is beyond theology brethren. The Lord wants us to superabound with quality thanksgiving and quantity thanksgiving. We are not just expected to thank Yahweh but to superabound with quantity thanksgiving. Thank Adonai until it is in excess. Let us think a bit. How many hours can you thank Yahweh today that will be in excess and will be of highest quality. You see that thanksgiving is not something to be mindless about.

    One of the benefits of thanksgiving is that it is the major channel of increase in the Word. Whenever, something is in short supply and there is need for increase and abundance then thanksgiving was employed. We saw the Lord Yahushua feeding the multitude with limited resources available but with thanksgiving, it became more than enough. In John 6:11(KJV), ‘And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would.’ In case there is an expectation that is yet to materialize in the month of February, it is not late yet, if you can offer quality thanksgiving for the issue today. Don’t murmur, nor grumble, just be full of gratitude to the Father, for that expectation and watch how it turns to your manifestation. Congratulations and see you in March 2023!

    REMEMBER: Thanksgiving should be in quantity and quality.

    THANKSGIVING: Dear Father, we are not worthy of the least of Your mercies. What shall we say for bringing us to the end of this great month, no loss, no tears, we saw goodness and mercies, abundance of blessings in front and at the back. Thank You for the salvation of my soul. Thank You for the continuous flow of Your Word on this platform. Thank You for Your preservation, provision and supplies. Thank You for encounter with Your love this month. To You alone be all the glory in the Name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: Having returned with thanksgiving today, I declare that everything with your name on it still hanging be released now. There shall be no carry-over of February releases in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    THE POWER OF YAHWEH’S LOVE (4): SUPERNATURAL SUPPLIES

    And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the Lord, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel. Isaiah 45:3 (KJV)

    Mark 13:37 says, “And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.” There is a supernatural supplies agenda that your heavenly Father provided for you in His love. Existing in empty-handedness is an error. Financial quagmire is not for you. There is an abundance provision that has your name tagged on it. Our opening text was addressed to a Cyrus. What Yahweh is saying to Cyrus, He is also saying to Pastor Prince and to you. There are treasures of darkness where natural human eyes cannot access. There are riches in secret places stored away from the wicked and unreasonable men for you. It doesn’t matter your work or profession, lack and want is never in the deal for you. Supernatural supplies is Yahweh’s agenda for you. Supernatural supplies is supplies that comes from the hand of Yahweh through His own orchestration that is beyond human calculation. Your work is not your source of supplies. Your work is a channel but the source remains your heavenly Father and there is no dull moment in His supply system. I want you to blast poverty mentality away from your life from today. There is nothing He cannot give you in the process of time when you show yourself to be ready and mature enough for it.

    You are wondering why you are still struggling with the issue of money? How faithful have you shown yourself to be before Yahweh in this area of money? The little drops that comes to you here and there, to release your tithe faithfully is a challenge for you. To give correct offering with joy according to the blessing of the Lord on your life is a challenge for you. How can you be trusted to be handed over the true riches? Luke 16:11 says, “If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?” The purpose of Yahweh’s supernatural supplies is principally for the interest and growth of His kingdom. If you are going to enjoy His love provision of supernatural supplies, you must be addicted to His kingdom. This is where many people disconnect from supernatural supplies and they turn to wonder what happened. Whenever your heart is not towards the growth of the Kingdom, you are not a candidate for supernatural supplies.

    II Corinthians 9:8 says, “And God is able to make all grace abound toward you? that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:” Beloved, Yahweh’s desire is for you to have all sufficiency in all things, nothing lacking, nothing missing. There is grace for abundance and it is your portion. That grace makes you to abound in every good work. This has nothing to do with the size of your bank account. It has all to do with the grace to abound in every good work. That is wherever good work is available you are not lacking. By all means, this month ends the siege of empty-handedness in your life. There is the provision of you having all sufficiency in all things, don’t ever accept anything less. Shalom!

    REMEMBER: Yahweh’s love has provided that you exist in all sufficiency in all things.

    CONFESSION: I am rich! I have all the money I need because Yahweh has made all favour and earthly blessings come to me in abundance. Therefore, I’m always and under all circumstances self-sufficient. I possess enough to require no aid or support; and I’m financially furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation. Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: An end has finally come for lack, want and all manner of scarcity in your life now in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    THE POWER OF YAHWEH’S LOVE (3): PRESERVATION

    He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye.
    Deuteronomy 32:10 (KJV)

    Yahweh’s love has placed you at the best and most strategic place where no harm, absolutely none can come through to you. Before something can hurt you, it must have defeated the Father Yahweh, defeated the Holy Spirit, defiled the Almighty name of Yahushua before it can reach you. You are hid in Yahweh and by His love have become the apple of His eye. That is why we say that you are too defended to be defeated. You are too protected to be perforated and punctured by the enemy. You should be walking with your head held high at all times. If you are in that aircraft, it is not permitted to drop. If you are on the road, your eyes is not permitted to see accident let alone being a victim. You cannot be a victim of Satan’s agenda and conspiracy, all because you are the son/daughter of His love.

    Zechariah 2:5 reiterates your defence provision by His Love, “For I, saith the Lord, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.” Beloved, after today’s devotional, to be afraid for your life will be an insult to the knowledge of Yahweh that you are receiving today. You are walled off every Satanic mechanizations. There is a wall of blazing fire spiritually following you everywhere you go. It is impossible for you to be defeated. It is impossible for you to become a victim of the wickedness of the devil and his agents. Psalms 91:7-8 says something humbling, “7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. 8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.” Everyone around can become a victim minus you and yours. Evil shall not come near you. This is a spiritual verdict by your Father Yahweh.

    Let me show you a graphic example of this preservation provision. Acts 28:2-6 says, “2 And the barbarous people shewed us no little kindness: for they kindled a fire, and received us every one, because of the present rain, and because of the cold. 3 And when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks, and laid them on the fire, there came a viper out of the heat, and fastened on his hand. 4 And when the barbarians saw the venomous beast hang on his hand, they said among themselves, No doubt this man is a murderer, whom, though he hath escaped the sea, yet vengeance suffereth not to live. 5 And he shook off the beast into the fire, and felt no harm. 6 Howbeit they looked when he should have swollen, or fallen down dead suddenly: but after they had looked a great while, and saw no harm come to him, they changed their minds, and said that he was a god.” What kill others cannot harm you. Have you read that you will take up snakes and if you drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt you? (see Mark 16:18). The Word is not an entertainment book, it is a verdict of your heavenly Father. The last time you experienced hurt/harm shall be the last forever in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    REMEMBER: Yahweh’s love guaranteed your preservation. Nothing to fear, absolutely nothing!

    CONFESSION: I am the apple of Yahweh’s eye. I am walled roundabout with fire. It is always minus me and mine upon all strikes of Satan and his cohorts. I am preserved by His Love. Halleluyah!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: If it will crash, you will never be in and if you are in, it shall never crash. By all means, I decree divine preservation upon you now in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    THE POWER OF YAHWEH’S LOVE (2): BRINGS MERCY

    “Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.”
    Jude 1:21 (KJV)

    Beloved, after this month in this #WordForTodayDevotional, you will never have any reason to hold down your head any more in life. The love of the Father has procured His mercy upon you. By that love, you have become the object of His mercy. This is mind-blowing to say the least. Romans 9:22-23 says, “23 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory, 24 Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?” The Father’s love has made us the vessels of mercy. That means that there is nothing that runs in your generation that should be part of your life. There is no wrath of the enemy or even the curse of Yahweh (if any) on your lineage that should be part of your experience today. This is because you are now the vessel of His mercy. His love has brought us His mercy.

    Mercy is you not getting what you deserve as the result of deeds or even the deeds of your forefathers in your lineage. From scriptures we saw that what a person does can affect generations later. Exodus 20:4-6 says, “4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: 5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; 6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.” The consequences of sin can be trans-generational. So many people today are suffering as a result of what someone in their lineage did, their father or forefather. The people that crucified Yahushua implicated their generations and you can’t imagine what happened afterwards. Jerusalem was destroyed and generation that didn’t commit that crime received the judgment. Matthew 27:24-25 showed us this, “24 ¶When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it. 25 Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.”

    However, Yahweh’s love speaks His mercy over those that believe in Yahushua. That is what our opening text shows us. No matter the curse following your lineage, it is minus you and yours. From you a new lineage of blessing starts because you have subscribed to the Father’s love that makes people the vessels of His mercy. Today, marks the end of the trace of curses in your life in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    REMEMBER: The Father’s love makes us the vessels of His mercy.

    CONFESSION: There is now no condemnation to me because I am in Yahushua HaMashiach and walking in the Ruach HaKadosh (Spirit the holy). I am the object of the Father’s mercy. I have escaped the wrath of the Father and the adversary. I am free indeed. Halleluyah!!!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: Today marks the end of any trace of curse in your life. I declare the mercy of Yahweh over you now. Be healed, be released, be completely free now. From now goodness and mercy shall be your testimony in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    THE POWER OF YAHWEH’S LOVE (1): DELIVERANCE FROM SIN

    “Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.”
    Romans 6:18 (KJV)

    The greatest challenge of man is not Satan. It is sin. Disobedience to the Word of Yahweh is what brings a person under the dominion of Satan and the gates of hell. Lack of money is not your greatest challenge beloved! Satan doesn’t care if you own all the money in all the Central Banks of the World as long as you are living a lifestyle of sin. Firstly, Sin is your shortener. Romans 3:23 says, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” You’ll be looking at glory but you can’t access it. Don’t play with sin, it is not your mate. Secondly, Sin withholds the showers from a life. Jeremiah 3:3 alludes to that, “Therefore the showers have been withholden, and there hath been no latter rain; and thou hadst a whore’s forehead, thou refusedst to be ashamed.” So, sin is behind fruitlessness. Sin is behind wilderness experience most times. If the showers are withheld, everything begins to wither. Thirdly, Sin places one under the dominion of Satan and his cohorts. 2 Timothy 2:26 says, “And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.” Sin is the snare or trap of the devil. Living in sin as a lifestyle is being caught by the snare of the devil. You know what that means? Everything about you will be caged. You may have very great potentials but there will be no expression. Not because the devil is powerful but because of sin. Sin has ensnared you.

    Beloved, the good news is that sin has been handled already by the power of His love. Romans 5:8 says, “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Yahweh’s love moved on your behalf even before you were born because He knew you before you were born. He already made the provision of triumph over sin. So, now that you are here, you can access the power over sin as you surrender to the Lordship of Yahushua in your life. John 1:12 says, “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:” There is power that help the sons of men to become sons of Yahweh and it comes by a total surrender to Yahushua. This is a genuine heart repentance and confession of His Lordship over your life and destiny. All of these are available because of the Father’s love. That is the power of love in action.

    When you are genuinely delivered from sin. You are free indeed. John 8:36 says, “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” To be free indeed means that all that came upon you as a result of the bondage of sin is totally annihilated from your life. Today, I rebuke every hold of Satan upon your life and affairs, Satan get lost in this life now in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    REMEMBER: It is the love of Yahweh that provided us deliverance from sin and its consequences.

    PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Word to me today. Thank you for delivering me from sin, sinful habits and uncleanness. Satan, you have nothing any more against me in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: I decree your complete deliverance from every sinful habit and weights hindering you from taking hold of what the Love of the Father has already settled in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    The Yahweh-kind of love says, that fathers should not provoke their children to wrath but to bring them up in the teaching and fear of the Lord (see Ephesians 6:4 BBE). It is unfortunate how fathers in our day are too busy to teach their children but are too quick to discipline. You have no right to discipline a child you have not taught. That is wickedness. Discipline is correction to ensure there is no deviation from instruction. How can you discipline without first giving instruction? That is exactly what our text is saying, do not provoke your children to anger but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.

    It is okay to discipline your children, that is what Yahweh-kind of love does. Problems 23:13-14 (KJV) says, ‘13 Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die. 14 Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell.’ Yahweh our Father corrects, rebukes and disciplines us because He had before given us instruction. When we obey, we receive his blessings and commendation. You as a father should be like that. Give instruction. Teach your children what you expect them to be according to the Word of Yahweh. Set the standard for them according to the Word of Yahweh and be there to apply commendation and correction. The Word says that a child left to himself brings shame to his parents (see Proverbs 29:15 ). Love commends, rebukes and corrects. Don’t pamper your children when you are suppose to bring out the cane and let him/her feel it but let it be in response to an offence committed in clear defiance of instruction given. Make the child understand why the punishment or discipline is coming. Also be quick to commend your children when they are doing well. Buy them gifts and take them out to encourage them in the right that they are doing. Don’t paint a wrong picture of Yahweh to your children as one that is only looking for fault to discipline. No, that is not Yahweh. Let the Yahweh-kind of love flow in your home.

    As a wife, you should partner with your husband in enforcing discipline. It is not love to side with your child. If you ever think that your husband is going too far at any particular time, then, talk about it in your bedroom and agree with your husband. But at all times for discipline to be effective, husband and wife must present united front before their children. The objective must be very clear and that is to provide this child a Yahweh-kind of love environment for his destiny to develop and thrive. It is an impossibility for a child to pass through a Yahweh-kind of love home and not turn out right. Love cannot fail. There is a guarantee by the Word of Yahweh that if you as parents will make the Yahweh-kind of love your quest in your home, everything will shift supernaturally and that includes your finances, your careers, your children and your destinies. Shalom!

    REMEMBER: Real love instructs, commends and corrects.

    PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your word to me today. I ask for grace to manifest the Yahweh-kind of love to my children in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: None of your children will be a disgrace of the power of love at work in your life and family in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    DEPLOYING YAHWEH’S LOVE IN PARENTING

    That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,
    Titus 2:4 (KJV)

    If a husband and wife are operating the Yahweh-kind of love, then it will flow naturally to the children. The Yahweh-kind of love is very crucial in marriage because the aim of the assault of Satan on the marriage is not the husband and wife per se but the offspring of that union – the children. Both Yahweh and Satan are keenly interested in the children of the marriage. Malachi 2:15 says, “And did not he make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit. And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.” So our Father Yahweh is interested in the marriage because He is seeking a godly seed. Satan is also seeking to destroy that godly seed of the woman. If Satan can’t get the husband or wife, he will seek to scatter their marriage so that he can destroy the future of the seed. When marriage dies, the children’s future have a 98% of being corrupted by the harsh society environment and influence. Revelation 12:17 says, “And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.” Satan went forth to make war with the seed of the woman. Beloved, there is a war currently going on. Satan wants to destroy your marriage in order to destroy your children. This is the motivation that must drive you to love your spouse with the Yahweh-kind of love. Then extend that love to the children.

    Every child has the right to be raised in an environment of love. What brought the pregnancy in the first place is love. A couple love themselves so much that they decided to consummate that love in sexual intercourse which results in the child. If it is love that brought the pregnancy that resulted in the child, then it is ungodly to refuse to give that child love. Our texts encourage the women to love their husbands and children. Ephesians 6:4 encourages fathers, “And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.” When you love your children, you would not provoke them to wrath. The Greek word translated provoke in King James Version means to anger alongside, i.e. enrage. It means to behave in ways that makes one angry and progress along that angle until that individual is completely driven out of sanity. If any father is operating the Yahweh-kind of love, things would never come to that point of being driven to rage.

    We shall continue tomorrow by looking at love and discipline. So many parents are getting it wrong here. Selah!

    REMEMBER: Every child deserves to be raised in a love-filled environment.

    PRAYER: Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your word to me today. I receive the grace to make my home a haven of love for my spouse and children in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    CHARACTERISTICS OF YAHWEH’S KIND OF LOVE (13): NEVER FAILS

    Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end] …
    I Corinthians 13:8 (KJV)

    There is only one thing in life that has guarantee, that you can hold closing your eyes and be 100% sure that you are safe and secure. You can completely build your life on this one thing and never again think twice in terms of safety, prosperity, peace and eternity. The Lord Yahweh, the creator of heaven and earth is that one person that cannot fail. In 1 John 4:8, the word tells us that Yahweh is love. Just as Yahweh can never fail, the Yahweh-kind of love can never fail. Walking in the Yahweh-kind of love is the only failure-proof existence that guarantees victory and success both in life and eternity.

    The Yahweh-kind of love is different from human natural love. This Yahweh-kind of love cannot be accessed and manifested by a natural person. It is a supernatural nature that comes upon you as a result of surrendering your heart to the Lord Yahushua. When you give your life to the Lord Yahushua as your Lord and Personal Saviour, His Spirit comes into your heart/spirit and recreates you. This is the experience we call being ‘born again’. This Yahweh-kind of love is shed abroad in your spirit/heart by the Holy Spirit. So, every born again person has this failure-proof supernatural love in his/her spirit. Why then are there so many failures in the body of HaMashiach? Why are there so many divorces and failed marriages? Why are there so many failed careers and professions? If the love of Yahweh is in every believer and it guarantees a failure-proof existence, what is the disconnect in the lives of so many believers around the world today?

    The answer is that potentials does not always translate into great destinies because there is a responsibility that is placed on the laps of anyone who would experience the benefits of the Yahweh-kind of love. It is the responsibility of walking, exercising, nurturing and developing that fruit of love. It is the responsibility of yielding to the Holy Spirit to walk according to the love nature in your spirit and not yield to your flesh and carnal mind. A lot of believers today instead of walking in the love of Yahweh respond carnally and according to how they feel at the moment and that ruins everything in their lives. If you have followed our devotional this month, you would have seen the enormous responsibility that walking in the love of Yahweh places on the believer. When you walk in love, nothing can fail in your life – NOTHING, your marriage, children, career and profession, absolutely nothing. You live above the operation of Satan and His agents. You live in complete dominion over the elements of this world. Shalom!

    REMEMBER: The Yahweh-kind of love never fails or ends.

    CONFESSION: The love of Yahweh is at work in my life helping me to be kind, patient, humble, courteous, generous and abounding in thanksgiving both towards Yahweh and my neighbour. Glory!

    CHARACTERISTICS OF YAHWEH’S KIND OF LOVE (12): HOPES ALL THINGS

    … its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, …
    I Corinthians 13:7 (AMPC)

    This word we see translated as “hope” is the Greek word “elpizo” which means to expect or confide. The word is translated in other places as “trust” and “expect.” It is the confident expectation of something to come. To “hope all things” means to confidently expect the long-term spiritual growth of our fellow brothers and sisters in HaMashiach; to expect that their lives will turn out right; to expect that their situation will change for the better; to treat them according to that beautiful future you expect. To “hope all things” means that we never consider another to be a lost case. It means that we never give up on each other, even when we see one another fall and fall hard.

    When we fail to “hope all things” we consider failures of sin to be a final judgment. It is portrayed in quickness to write the other off. We have critical notions of others and when they meet our expectations of their weakness, we cross them off our list and push them out of our lives. When we fail to “hope all things” we separate. We separate because we feel we have to move on, as if the offender has fallen out of our boat and won’t recover. And what is most awful about losing hope is that it can be so silent. We usually won’t even bother to confront them in hopes of producing repentance, simply receding from them, quietly, withdrawing from their orbit. We even convince ourselves that we are actually “covering their sin in love” by staying quiet.

    We must come to that point where we expect the best of them, possessing an optimistic view of how things will turn out, in this life or, more importantly, in eternity. We must recognize ‘…that all things work together for good to those who love Yahweh, to those who are the called according to His purpose.’ (see Romans 8:28 KJV). This kind of attitude is tested when troubles arise, but possessing this kind of love means we will continue to confidently expect the best of the person we love. It also means we will do what we can to help that positive and Godly outcome become a reality. This can sometimes be a challenge. Sometimes circumstances develop or decisions are made that make it difficult to maintain an optimistic expectation for someone. That is where we need to remember that the essence of this love is the commitment to the best interest of the one we love. It is also important to remember how often we are on the other side, making decisions that make it difficult for someone who loves us to maintain that confidence in us. Selah!

    REMEMBER: The Yahweh-kind of love expects the best future and works to help actualize it for people in the person’s world.

    PRAYER: Dear Father, thank you for the love shed abroad in my spirit by the Holy Spirit. I ask for the grace to see the people in my world with your eyes and to treat them with love even when they are not getting it right in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!

    PROPHETIC RELEASE: There is nothing that brings one divine presence and interventions like walking in love and I declare that as you make walking in love your great quest, everything mocking the glory of God in your life is cursed now in the name of Yahushua HaMashiach Amen!
